Condo #23 is an ocean view unit located on the upper level. Relax on the lanai and take in the beautiful and calming ocean, pool and tropical surroundings. This condo recently remodeled its bathroom and updated the kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, and cookware. This condo will sleep 4 comfortably with a King Size Bed and a brand new memory foam queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The fully furnished living room also includes a flat screen TV. Amenities included in this unit are the split system A/C and ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room. Kid friendly with pack n play and high chair, plus coolers, chairs, umbrellas and all things to explore island. Parking is complimentary and WIFI is unlimited. Condo #23 is part of the Kihei Kai Rental Association which has an on-site office and an after-hour phone number for your convenience.

Welcome to Ocean View Condo #23 with 1 bedroom and a futon in the living room. Relax on your lanai and take in the beautiful and calming Ocean View, Pool View and the Tropical Garden View. The condo is on the 2nd floor and moments from the beachfront with the beauty of no streets to cross. For your convenience this particular condo is represented by an on-site rental office and concierge. Our resort provides free parking and free Wi-Fi. This is a great swimming beach and you can even fish from the shore while watching the beautiful sunsets. There are barbecue grills at the beachfront along with lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables and chairs for your beachfront dining. A quiet single system air-conditioner was recently added to the living room. A new beautiful new kitchen was finished September 2016.
