The idea of vacationing in the Blue Ridge Mountains in a log cabin is wonderful…but the idea of vacationing in the Blue Ridge Mountains in a large LUXURY log cabin in a great location is even more wonderful.
When you stay in our luxury log cabin, its rustic appearance makes you feel a part of this historic area, but you can still enjoy the luxuries that provide a pampered feeling. Bring a loved one, collect the family, celebrate with friends or bring co-workers for a planning retreat…whatever the reason, this cabin is waiting to show you a good time.
Over 7 acres of beautiful land surround the cabin and when you drive into the community, you just know a great time awaits you. Explore to your heart's content. You can take advantage of the nearby orchards offering apples, cherries and plums when in season.
The minute you walk through the front door of the cabin, you’ll marvel at the collection of tasteful furnishings that make each room comfortable yet sophisticated. The cabin combines the look of a Colorado lodge with the upscale style of upscale homes often featured in magazines. It all comes together to create a space that will welcome you home after a day of exploration in and around Hendersonville.
This luxury cabin looks the part…with multiple decks on all levels. Surrounded by trees sitting on the top of the crest, this cabin has views that explain why they are called the Blue Ridge Mountains. The soft blue hues of the mountain ranges in the distance provide the perfect backdrop for your stay.
This cabin sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, plus 6 in bunk beds, with three bathrooms. The main level has the two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen and a shared bathroom. The master is in the loft with a large and spacious room with attached bathroom with a jetted tub. A large bunk area can sleep all the kids with an attached bathroom and the den area on the lower level.
The great room contains the gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and a breakfast bar. Adjoining the kitchen is a dining area with a dining table that seats six and breakfast bar that seats three. Those at the table will have mountain views, and if you want, have breakfast on the large screened porch over looking the beauty that surrounds this cabin. A seating area with a fireplace and flat screen television is also a part of the great room.
Black Bear Snow Tubing is located 1/2 mile from cabin. The park opens December 18.

We live in a beautiful neighborhood, which resembles a village of homes relatively close together. We sought a more private getaway where we felt surrounded by God’s creation of trees, mountains, and wildlife. We love the different personalities of the four seasons as well as the solitude and silence of our “sanctuary.”
Visitors can easily access this cabin since it is less than half an hour away from I-26. We have put together a booklet, letting guests know of the countless areas to visit within an hour or less from the cabin—Hendersonville, Saluda, Tryon, Black Mountain, Chimney Rock, Asheville, Lake Lure, the Biltmore Estate, and many more. People who are in search of history, arts, outdoors, and the countryside find it around our cabin, which is within walking distance of apple orchards. A front porch with a swing-bed and rocking chairs, a screened-in back porch, windows that provide views of mountain ranges—these are some of the amenities of the cabin. The finished basement, designed to be very kid-friendly, is furnished with bunk beds for eight, a wide-screened TV with an assortment of DVDs, children’s games and books. The cabin is equipped with most home appliances, a grill, and a wide variety of reading materials.
Our extended family (from 3 different states) got together at this lovely home to celebrate our son's graduation. Our family is ready to rent this home once a quarter for a meeting place! Thank you for what will be one of our family's best memories.
Twelve members of our family traveled from near and far to your magnificent & luxurious mountain retreat - what a "Sanctuary" it was from all the activities for our daughter's perfect wedding day at "The Cabin Ridge" just down the road & up Sugarloaf Mountain. The view from the cabin was wonderful, beautiful and breathtaking as the Fall foliage was in full glorious peak. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities from the front porch swing and rocking chairs and mountain views all the way through the spacious and meticulously appointed cabin to the comfortable and quiet screened back porch. We enjoyed our walks in the woods and especially the "Edge of the World" trail down the road. All of our expectations were exceeded and we will definitely come again for an encore as your gracious hospitality in sharing your "Sanctuary" was just icing on the cake!
We traveled from out of town for our daughter's wedding. This cabin was prefect for our daughter's wedding party. It's large and roomy for everyone. The cabin is beautiful and has everything that you possibly may need. It has a nice view. The cabin was convenient to, "The Cabin Ridge" where our daughter got married. All the girls love the porches and swing and so, so much more.....If you stay there, you must go to. "The Edge of the World". You are only minutes from there. It was also nice to have the pleasure of having our dog with us.

We had such a great experience at this cabin! The views are great, the roads leading up the cabin were very easy to navigate (we were worried about this because of the flash flood warnings the entire weekend), and the house itself was perfect. We traveled with 6 couples and we had plenty of room to relax! There are many apple orchards to chose from if you have a chance to venture out (we stayed at the house the entire time because of the weather). Both porches are amazing and the hot tub was perfect! Thank you for an amazing vacation & I hope we get to come back!
Our family converged from 3 states to this delightful mountain getaway cabin and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved that there were private, comfortable spaces for each family unit. The beds and linens were pure luxury (towels were nice hotel grade). Kitchen was not large, but well equipped with high-end appliances and plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. I was surprised to not find a blender, but since I had brought my own, it wasn't an issue. May want to check on that if it is a requirement for you. We used the hot tub and gas grill and both were in great working order.
This is a fairly remote area, so everything is a bit of a drive, but it was wonderful to have our own little slice of mountainside to come home to. Managers were very responsive and security deposit refund was mailed the day after we left.
We had a great time spending the new year at this wonderful cabin! Perfect for couples wanting to get away from it all! We'll definitely be back!
