Cozy beach retreat 5 minutes to Grayton, Seaside Beach and 30A!

Welcome to this charming first floor studio located just five minutes away from Grayton, Seaside and all the shops and restaurants on the scenic 30A. This terrific studio features 2 cozy bedrooms, one with a king bed and a smart TV, the other with a queen bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. Additionally, there is a lovely living room with 2 twin beds for extra sleeping space. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. Guests can enjoy the very cold AC, 2 smart TV’s, heating, iron, hairdryer, towels and linens provided. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
