A mixed bag

  • 2 of 5

Home and setting are lovely. Secluded, right on the ocean bluffs. Hot tub is great. Living room couch is very uncomfortable. Needs to be replaces. We will not go there again until this happens. TV is only in bedroom... kind of awkward. Layout of house is great. Wonderful floor to ceiling windows all over! Great views. Appreciated the binoculars.

Owner's Response: We are very sorry to see this guest found the couch so uncomfortable. We have advised the owner who is taking a new couch under consideration.

Great place for a romantic getaway

  • 5 of 5

If you love an ocean view you will have trouble finding anything better than Pacific Mist. Sitting in the hot tub on the edge of a cliff, watching the waves crashing on the rocks below, is an unbeatable experience.

Great place for a Romantic getaway

  • 5 of 5

If you love an awesome ocean view then you will have trouble finding anything better than this. Great place for a romantic getaway. Loved sitting in the hot tub on the cliffs edge looking at the crashing waves below. Loved sitting in front of a fire listening to the waves. Loved watching stars and the moonlight on the rolling waves.

Very charming house with stellar views!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for the New Year's weekend and absolutely loved it. The minute you walk in and see the spectacular just takes your breath away! Very cozy house and loved the deck and hot tub! In the evening, it's so cozy with the fireplace! We would definitely stay here but would have to do it when it's low season. It's quite expensive! I highly recommend this house for a special occasion. BTW, we saw a family of whales! This just added icing on the cake! Thank you!

We stayed here for the new u

Years weekend and totally loved this place. It’s quiet and the views are amazing! We even got to see some whales! Only thing I would suggest is to replace the sofa. It’s a bit old and uncomfortable. Other than that, this place is lovely! The privacy and views are definitely worth it!

Sonoma, California

Secuded getaway with great ocean views.

  • 5 of 5

Clean, open, great views. Nice kitchen but should also have some foil and plastic in stock. Napkins would be nice too. Fire place was nice with lots of accessability to wood. Very private and relaxing. Hot tub was great but hot tub cover is fallinbg apart and a hassle to take off and put back! Sound system really nice. Nice that there are tvs in both bedrooms but kind of a bummer that there is not one in the living room. To watch a movie or TV means lying in bed! Overall, a wonderful experience and we will be back.

About Vacasa, CA - Northern California Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
