High Design, Spacious (1,338 Sq Ft), 2 BR/2BA Condo Walking Distance To All!
This is our home and we remodeled it for us, so we expect it to be treated well. The furniture is Restoration Hardware, Custom, Crate and Barrel, and Room and Board, so no expense was spared - we are looking for guests that are meticulous and appreciative.
The building has a rooftop hot tub, large BBQs, lounge chairs and tables for bigger gatherings. There is also a fitness center on the 2nd floor.
The trolley stop downstairs takes you as far away as Tijuana to the south and out to San Diego State University to the East, with stops at Fashion Valley for shopping, Old Town San Diego for culture and history and Qualcomm for football games in between.
Within a 15 minute walk you can be on the ferry to Coronado, at any of the hottest restaurants and clubs in the Gaslamp, at Petco Park for a ball game, at The Convention Center for Comicon, at Balboa Park's Air and Space Museum or Little Italy for authentic Italian fare.
Within a few of blocks is Hodad's for burgers, Cowboy for steaks, Pokez for vegetarian Mexican food and Cafe Chloe for the best Mac-n-Cheese around.

About the owner: After living in San Diego for twenty years, my husband took a job in Orange County, which is about an hour North of San Diego. We sadly sold our house and moved, but not before buying this wonderful condo on the 16th floor of the Smart Corner Complex. Now, when we get the opportunity to stay here it feels like we are on the best holiday. We enjoy our coffee on the patio looking at our favorite city and entertain our many friends in San Diego like we did when we lived here.
Why the Owner Chose Smart Corner, San Diego, CA, USA:
This location and floor placement means we get 230 degree views and can see the Coronado Bridge, Hotel Del Coronado, Point Loma Lighthouse, Santa Fe Train Depot, watch the planes fly into Lindbergh Field and see the dome of The Museum of Man to the north. We don't need to drive down as we can take the train from the station right next to my husband's office in Irvine and walk or Trolley from Santa Fe Depot right to the front door of the building. Why this property? Because it is NOT your typical furnished rental, it has custom furnishings, high end materials, and feels like a true home that was designed for style and comfort.
