Our unit has a beautiful ocean view from balcony and is also pool side.
Hilton Head Island - Twelve miles of Atlantic Ocean-washed beach, up to 600 feet wide at low tide. Gentle surf, thanks to the off-shore protective reef. Perhaps the finest swimming-sunning beach on the East Coast of the United States.
Fishing, bicycling, sailing, jogging, beach combing, tanning, Photography - the ocean in it's many moods and the sugar sands of the beach are the Island's most popular attractions. Nine of the Island's thirteen golf courses are open to public play. Major PGA and LPGA tournaments are played here each year. The number and variety of restaurants literally fills a book!
Why not enjoy all of this at Sea Side Villas? Situated south of Palmetto Dunes Golf Resort and just north of Sea Pines, the Villas give you the most economical way to enjoy the sports, dining, and ocean. Each unit is an individually-owned Condominium, not a hotel. The total complex consists of 265 units. Access to the three levels above the drive-under parking is provided by elevators or stairs. The beautifully landscaped grounds include two pools situated among night-lit palmettos and pines.
Nearby is the 60-store Coligny Plaza along with Coligny park with water fun, swings and adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the day. Many fine restaurants are within walking distance of the Villas, so extensive driving is an option rather than a necessity. The community has paved bike paths, which lead to points of interest all over the Island.
The Villas are on the ocean - not across the street. Our unit is poolside and so has an excellent view of the pool as well as the ocean! The unit is furnished with the conveniences to be expected in a vacation rental. We provide Cable TV and Wireless Internet included in the rental fee. Unfortunately, at this time Seaside Villas does not allow owners, or their guests, to bring pets to the Villa.

Why Dennis and Lisa Cook chose South Forest Beach
After many years of beach vacations along the east coast, we visited Hilton Head and fell in love. We enjoyed the wide beaches and natural beauty of the island. It was perfect for our children who are now grown and visit with their own families.
What makes this Condo unique
Seaside Villas is one of the best locations on Hilton Head Island and great value. The ocean view from balcony is beautiful. The beach is family friendly. The villa is conveniently located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza with wonderful restaurants and gift shops. Adjacent to the property is the walking and bike path.

We loved the condo & location. We got a great week of weather, which made the beach so much fun.
We were able to bike all over the island and enjoyed many of the local restaurants. The condo was conveniently located for exploring the many attractions.

Would give 5 stars if there were a better, or new, mattress and boxspring.
This apartment is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. All are a short walk or bike ride away. The unit is clean and well supplied. The very large TV is great for rainy days. Called Dennis to find out how to get to the unit once inside the grounds. He was very helpful as if he had all the time in the world. If only he could have provided better weather! We will come again but a better bed would have to be in the plan.
Janice thank you for the kind review. It was great talking with you. With regards to the bed we will look into replacing the box springs and mattress. You are the first person to mention any issue. We absolutely want our guests to be comfortable and feel at home. We hope that you had a great Christmas and wish you the best of the coming year.
Comfortable villa with ocean view & close to food & shopping
Stayed for my wife's birthday & had a great time. Hilton Head Island is easy to get around & this villa is centrally located. Owners communication responses are quick. Would recommend & stay at this villa in the future.

Very clean and up-to-date. Really nice kitchen area and appliances. Perfect for my family of four.
Had a wonderful time during our stay at Seaside Villas unit 243. Just few min walk to the beach which was great with 2 younger kids. Pool is cleaned every morning though we spent most of our time at the beach. View of the beach/ocean from the balcony was a plus. The updated kitchen and appliances were also very nice. Short walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Perfect size for my family of 4! Thanks again Dennis and Lisa!! We can't wait to go back next year!
Adorable villa with everything you need. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. Our girls, ages 8 and 5, loved the bunk beds! We will definitely be back.

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 10:00 a.m. unless other arrangements have been specifically made. If you fail to checkout on time, you are responsible for any expenses that result from your failure to observe the stated checkout time. • Unit 243 has one queen-size bed, one queen-size sleeper sofa, and two twin-size beds. • Linings, bed pillows and blankets are furnished and may be found on closet shelves. • Starter paper products are provided. You will need to replenish at your own use. (toilet tissue, paper towels, etc.) • During your stay a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning materials are furnished so that you may tidy up. The renter is responsible for removing all trash before leaving and placing in dumpsters. Trash bags are provided. BEFORE CHECKING OUT, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING: • Turn off air conditioning or heat. • Close shades and blinds. • Check the closets and kitchen to make sure that you don’t leave food or other personal items. • Wipe clean the microwave, refrigerator and unload dishwasher. • Turn off all lights, fans, electric range, and lock the door as you leave. • Empty trash and take to the dumpster. Replace trash bag. A complete listing of policies will be provided in rental packet along with parking pass, keys and gate fob. Motorcycles, recreational vehicles and trailers are prohibited from the parking lot. HURRICANE POLICY In event of a mandatory evacuation of the Island due to a hurricane, the rent will be prorated for the nights used. A refund of unused nights rent will be mailed to you within seven (7) days. If the evacuation is voluntary, there will not be any refund for unused nights. If there is a mandatory evacuation, please bring all furniture in from the balcony and store inside the villa. Turn off the power, close blinds and securely lock all doors.
