This is a family owned and operated beach and bay condo. The condo complex is a quiet, a strictly enforced no loud partying or loud music allowed condo building…a great place to relax and enjoy the bay.
This condo is one of four vacation rental units in this complex. The other three condos are VRBO listing #732380 (which is a 4 bedroom and 2 bath condo in the same complex on the bay), a new VRBO listing #607729 (a 3 bedroom and 2 bath condo in the same complex), and a new VRBO listing #857733 (a one bedroom and one bath condo in the same complex). This is a condo located on the bay. The condo is 2 floors above street level which you would take the stairs up to get there, and the beach is one level below street level which you would take the stairs down to get there. The condo is just blocks away from restaurants and shopping. The condo overlooks the bay, beach, and the boardwalk. Great bay and beach views from the living room, dining room, second bedroom and kitchen. One large private balcony off the living room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets . This condo is centrally located to San Diego county's most popular attractions including SeaWorld, world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar and much more.
Amenities: this is a secured building that includes a private 2 car parking spot. Washer and Dryer are in the unit, there is Wi-Fi, flat screen television, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, and beach towels, pack n play, and a booster chair. For common use there is a kayak and a soft surfboard on a first come, first serve basis. There is also a bicycle rack for you to lock your bicycles you bring or rent. We also have discounts to rent water sports equipment such as Paddle Boards, Jet Skis, sail boats and even Jet packs. We also can provide a Massage Therapist come to the property to give massages to an individual or couples for a fee.

The rent and damage deposit are to be paid with either a Credit or Debit Card through HomeAway Payments. Please check the calendar for open dates, and check the rates section for specific rates. There are 5 to 7 night minimums for reservations that are based on the time of the year. During the month of May there is a 5 night minimum. During the months of June, July and August some of the dates are only available on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. To book Christmas day, you must also book Christmas Eve, to book Thanksgiving Day, you must book Thanksgiving Eve, to book New Year's Eve, you must book New Year's Day and and the other way around for all those holidays.
Cancellation of the reservation dates at least 60 days before the start of the stay will get a 100% refund of all monies paid. There are no refunds of the rent, taxes, and cleaning fee for cancellations or changes to the reservation dates that are less than 60 days to start of stay, but there will be a refund of the damage deposit if paid and the amount paid for the Property Damage Protection Policy. If the rent, taxes, damage deposit, and cleaning fee are not paid by 60 days to start of stay, you will lose 100% of your rent deposit and lose the reservation, but you will be refunded the amount you paid for the Property Damage Protection Policy. Notice of cancellation or changes to the reservation dates must be in writing via email or mail.
Please Note: No pets and no smoking allowed anywhere on the property or complex. This condo is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Beachfront 17.
