  • Wonderful unit

"My husband and I just returned from a wonderful time at this location. The unit is very clean and close to beach, pool, grocery store, and restaurants. The owner was prompt to respond to our issues with the tv and computer. He stayed on the phone with us until we resolved some technical issues. Everything we needed was there for us. You will not regret staying here!!"

  • Excellent Stay at Blue Villa

"Blue Villa was EXACTLY what we were looking for! We wanted something private/secluded but with easy access to nearby amenities....if that is what you're looking for, Blue Villa is your spot! The house is exactly as pictured, everyone has their own space with each bedroom having its own ensuite bath, the pool was awesome to have, and the outdoor patio area has an amazing view of the ocean and stays nice and breezy. Louise truly makes things as simple as they could possibly be! From the moment I contacted her, I knew things would be seamless. She responded quickly to every query we had, the booking process was organized and easy, and the check-in procedure even simpler. The beach is beautiful, private, and truly just a few minutes walk away. You are within a 5 minute walk to Smith's Reef for snorkeling, but we found lots of GREAT snorkeling just at the end of our path, on our "private" beach. We were able to walk to the Thursday night Fish Fry (~15 min walk) and also to Turtle Cove (5 min walk) where we enjoyed several delicious meals. If you're looking for something close to Grace Bay but away from the busy resorts, this is the perfect destination. We rented a car for one day only to tour around the Island but we were perfectly happy with what we had in Blue Villa and with Turtle Cove and Bight Park a short walk away, we were all set!"

  • great location, quiet, super easy access to beach

"+ves - great if you want some peace & quiet (mostly) and avoid crowds at Grace Bay - beach is perfect for just getting out of bed and jumping straight into the ocean; really safe for kids - easy to get the sea kayaks in and out of the storage racks (some villas require you to lift them up and down steep stairs which is difficult) - beach cabana allows you to enjoy sea breeze without being out in the really hot midday sun - relaxed snorkeling around the rocks to left/right of property; plenty of fish to satisfy all - 15~20min drive to super markets and main shopping/restaurant area (Grace Bay) is not too far...we really liked Las Brisas (3min drive; good paella & rum cake + view), Garam Masala & Thai Orchid restaurants (20~30min drive) - occasionally spotted sea turtles coming up for air (once jet skis had disappeared) - Taylor Bay beach is short drive away...really safe for kids as the water is knee-deep for 100 yards out -ves - jet ski rental business operates around the point to the left; they can be noisy during the day - some of the wire screens covering the windows are broken so watch out for mosquitoes at night - there is some noise from cars/trucks driving along the road but not too bad"

  • Best Place To stay In Grace Bay

"We did a LOT of research on places to stay in the Turk’s and Caicos Islands before deciding on Bob’s 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit. It sounded too good to be true; the price was great, the location was amazing, and all the reviews made it sound perfect. After spending the week there, we can confirm, it’s the real thing. This condo has to be the best deal on the island! I’m not one to notice things like ceiling, but as soon as I walked in I was like OMG, look at that ceiling! I’ll say right now everything was in tip top condition from the ceiling to floor, balcony to bedroom. Here is list of things we liked most: 1) Condo is on the 3rd floor and we felt very safe. Access was limited to the main door. 2) We never really needed to use the AC. The windows have no glass, and let in a wonderful breeze. The windows have wooden blinds that can be shut if you want to run the AC. 3) The Ocean Club resort itself is impressive. It has a great dining area, multiple pools, and very easy access to the beach. 4) Grace bay beach is everything it’s cracked up to be. The resort is located at what must be one of the best sports. Head South and you can find lots of excitement and action near Club Med. Head North and you and you will come to a practically deserted part of grace bay with no development. 5) The value of this condo cannot be beat. It’s worth every penny and there are no hidden charges. The little extras like a complimentary cell phone, washer dryer, etc , really make the difference. The unit’s proximity to the beach (maybe a 2 minute walk) is unbeatable. 6) Bob was great to deal with, answered all our questions and was VERY responsive. This was our first time to use VBRO, and reserving/paying for the unit was a breeze. If you are looking for a great place to stay on Grace Bay, look no further. Next time we visit TCI, we know where we will stay."
