This rental was better than we expected. It is very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed--and then some. The golf cart was a winner!!! The pool is beautiful and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property!!! It is close to grocery store-including Costco, shopping, restaurants, and movie theatre. One exit to the water park and around the corner to the beautiful lagoons at KoOlina with some of the best sunsets on the island. This is one of our favorite places on Oahu. It is secluded and off the main traffic. You will not be disappointed with this property. We wish we could live here.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful townhome. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The townhouse was perfectly appointed and beautifully decorated, it felt just like home. In particular the bed sheets were so soft and comfortable. Also the location of the townhouse, backing onto the greenbelt like that was just perfect for the kids. Everything was perfect! We all had such a great time and would love to return here again one day. Thank you Scott for making our stay so nice, you were a pleasure to deal with.

Our family considers ourselves fortunate as well as lucky that we ended up with everything that was advertised in this townhouse rental in Ko Olina resort. Our kids suggested that my wife and I should have the Master bedroom ( very spacious ). The walk-in closet ( big ) would act as a bedroom if any of the grand kids acted up. The second bedroom fancied a queen size bed with bunk beds as well. This suited our son and his wife with the only problem being, their two young daughters fighting over the top bunk. Seniority won out ( 4 year old against the two year old ). Our daughter and her husband had the downstairs bedroom which they shared with their two month old. This served them well with the bathroom adjoining. All in all, we had our privacy when needed. The whole unit was supplied with everything that you could possibly use for our entire stay. The golf cart was a huge bonus as well as the almost new barbecue that got used regularly. Lots of useful beach toys, snorkel gear, surf boards, etc. We used the pool a lot ( two minute walk ) and had a lot of lunches there making use of the barby doing hot dogs and so forth. Great pool for kids and adults alike. Hot tub as well. It was really well maintained. Costco and Safeway are just a short drive away. There is also a useful market at times right at Ko Olina. The Lagoons are beautiful, and we discovered a local beach where we swam with the turtles. We tried Roy's for late afternoon happy hour ( very good ), the Mexican restaurant there for lunch ( adequate ), Outback near Costco ( adequate ), and daughter and husband a romantic dinner at the Marriot which they said was very good. We also went to the Luau which was entertaining. Played one round of golf which we quite enjoyed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it. Thanks Scott and family for the use of your lovely home away from home.

Jewel of Ko Olina!

This beautiful, well-appointed vacation home was everything we could have asked for and more! Exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious with open floor plan, it was perfect for our party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids ages 2.5 yrs - 8yo). We enjoyed eating in for breakfasts and most dinners as the kitchen was well-stocked and there was plenty of seating. The gas grill on the patio came in very handy, as well. During most of the days, we kept busy playing at the lovely, clean, and calm lagoons, just a short distance from the home by golf cart or car. Absolutely perfect for young children and beginning swimmers! We very much appreciated the use of the large assortment of beach toys/equipment and ample beach towels provided at the house. Ko Olina Resort is a wonderful location for a family vacation. It is secure and far enough from the crowded, touristy Waikiki area, yet has many on-property activities and amenities, as well as easy access to major highways that connect to any/all areas of interest. (One stop down the highway is a major shopping hub in Kapolei which includes Costco, Safeway, Target, Sports Authority, CVS, and many restaurants. Walmart is in process of being added, as well.) Overall, a wonderfully convenient location for everything that we needed or wanted. We would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful vacation home to all of our family and friends. A big thank you to Scott, the owner, for his prompt and detailed communication as well as helpful tips to insure that we had a wonderful, trouble-free stay. Looking forward to returning again on our next trip to paradise!

Scott, I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had in Ko Olina....your home is just amazing...and it was so convienent ..honestly it was home away from home.. we went to the lagoons down the street every day and snorkled .(it was nice four lagoons to choose from ).my son was stoked about that ..and thank goodness for the boogie boards you had ..those were totally utilized along with golf cart .. : ) I just cant thank you enough for the wonderful experience we had.(.I so didnt want to come home )...! I hope to visit again soon .. P.S Just to give you an idea of what we did this whole time ..its was all so much fun...we went to Mouna falls and that was breath taking ..anyone ever asks to see a waterfall ..its a must see ! and your right Hannama Bay was total touristy ..I couldnt talk my brother in law out of it but at least we can say we went there ..Dole Pineapple that was fun..we did the maze there and also swimming with the dolphins at sea life park ..thats was a blast and of course we went to the Aloha swap meet cant go to Hawaii without the shopping experience and also visited Wakikki..the international stores...it was beautiful ..you can spend the whole day at the beach there then go shopping .. and of course you cant go to Hawaii and not go to a Luau ..Paradise cove was amazing and convienent just down the street from Ko Olina .., everyone there was so nice just a great experience and the food was really good , we also went to Pearl Harbor toured the USS Missouri and the Aviation center a must see ..well needless to say we were pretty busy ..LOL.. : ) and at the end of the day it was so nice to come home and relax ..and yes going to Costco saved us tons ..thanks for that advise... Thanks again Scott for everything ...you gave us the opportunity of such an amazing experience and the comfort of home away from home ..only with the beaches and the palm trees added to it ..oh yeah and our little gecko friend on the patio..LOL... Our family of nine decided on Hawaii for a two week trip this year. Trying to determine housing, transportation and food looked to be stressful but we found our answer when we discovered this wonderful property. Upon online inspection, it looked like it would meet our needs. From the moment we drove onto the property, you will be pleased. The landscaping is lush, finely manicured and beautiful. The property is everything shown in the photos and more. The property was so clean that I'd like the cleaning lady to visit my home! We found the neighbors to be kind and friendly. What makes this property so special is that the owner, Scott has taken the efforts to equip the property with water equipment, a golf cart and all those minor items you might have forgotten to pack. The home is WELL equipped and you'll feel right at home! There are games for the kids, books and free internet. Our family absolutely LOVED our visit and would HIGHLY recommend this property. Finally, our rental ended on July 3rd but we found out that morning that our flight from HNL was cancelled. Talk about panicking! We called Scott and he said, no problem and extended our stay by one night. Whew! Take a serious look at renting this property. It's a beauty and you'll be very pleased how gracious and professional Scott will handle your rental request! Maholo!

Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Location

We stayed at this property the week of May 19th, 2011. There were 5 kids and 3 adults and we had a wonderful experience in KoOlina and in the house. Location - This townhome is among many in the KoOlina Resort area. There were people jogging in the morning, walking their dogs and washing their cars.The whole subdivision is located right by the most beautiful golf course and very close to the lagoons. Even though there were 2 Marriot hotels nearby it was not crowded and still very peaceful. We drove to the lagoons but you could take the golf cart since there is parking allotted for them. The garage was full of beach toys such as sand pails, shovels, boogie boards (at least 4 or 5 of them), aqua shoes of all sizes, snorkel gear (3 or 4 sets of them), a large styrofoam cooler, a surfboard and noodles for the pool. KoOlina is located just a couple of miles from a Costco, Target, Japanese restaurant and a Dennys. About another 5 min. drive and you come to a local strip mall with more restaurants and a Safeway. Lagoon #1 was beautiful and not crowded at all. There were areas on the beach that had shade and grass areas as well. The neighbourhood pool was just a few minutes walk away and is very nice. There is a shallow end for toddlers and a hot tub. The subdivision is gated so it felt very safe. House: The house is very large and clean and looks just like the pictures. It has a large dining room table, big screen tv in the living room and a smaller on in the master bedroom. Each bedroom has their own bathroom with tub/shower. There is a full size washer and dryer with lots of laundry detergent. There were lots of extra towels and 6 beach towels provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates and glassware. We found condiments and coffee in the pantry. We only had to buy the perishables for dinner. The BBQ outside was large and there is an extra propane tank in the garage. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We only found 1 hairdryer so you might want to bring extra. We had 2 cars so we just moved the golf cart over in the garage and it fit 1 car and the other was in the driveway. The area is beautiful, quiet, convenient and the house was well maintained, very clean and homey. The owner Scott was very helpful with answering our many questions. We would definitely come back again to stay at this house and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely home in a gorgeous surrounding.

Description of townhouse and amenities are accurate. Property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit as we had my parents and our family of 5. The golf cart was handy and the snorkeling gear in the garage great. The pool, the proximity to the beach, the ability to walk to sunrises and sunsets, the high end ABC store minutes away, excellent BBQ and well equipped kitchen are a few things that made the holiday grand. We will return and recommend this to our friends.

Wonderful Vacation Rental!

The house was exceptionally clean and spacious, and the three-bedroom, three-bathroom floor-plan was perfect for our family of seven. One feature that was greatly appreciated was that one bedroom and bathroom were located on the bottom level, which was perfect for my wife’s elderly parents. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having in-house laundry facilities was extremely convenient. The garage was also well equipped with an assortment of beach equipment including surf and boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear. In addition, there was an ample supply of beach towels. Ko Olina is a secure and calm location far enough from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki to be calm and relaxing yet close enough to all of the activities that Oahu has to offer. The house is also located close to shopping and restaurants, including Costco, Safeway Market, etc…. One small problem we experienced during out trip was that the pool located in the complex was closed for maintenance for almost our entire stay; however, the pool closure only proved to be a minor inconvenience as the four lagoons at the Ko Olina resort are less than 10 minutes away. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our visit. The townhouse was clean and in excellent condition, and Scott, the owner, was very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property, and we plan on returning in the future!

We stayed at the Monroe's for the middle of February, beginning of March. The house was very clean and very nice. The 3bdrms, 3bathrooms suited our 3 couples very nicely. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, and having laundry facilities was so great. All the beach stuff we could use and more was there, including lots of beach towels! When we needed an extra gate key, Scott was very quick to get us one. We will recommend staying here to our other friends and family! Thanks again!
