Ko Olina, meaning place of joy, was once the playground for Hawaiian royalty and is now the premier oceanfront resort on Oahu. Ko Olina is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and centrally located between Waikiki and the famous North Shore.

This townhome in Ko Olina Kai is one of the largest and nicest townhomes in Ko Olina! The property is an exceptional value, with over 1600 square feet of living space, vaulted ceilings and no one above or below you. The home has all the amenities of a well-equipped vacation villa and is perfect for a large family or even two smaller families. Our home is professionally decorated in an elegant island theme including artwork, custom paint, ceiling fans and plantation shutters. Enjoy the resort pool with Cabanas, BBQ, and nice lounge chairs. Easy 2 minute walk to Roy's for dinner, the club house for golf and a 5 minute walk to the beach coves!

There are three large bedrooms and bathrooms, a one-car garage with driveway, lanai with oversized hammock and patio on a wide greenbelt (perfect for children). The kitchen features granite counters, nice appliances, and all the extras. The dining room has a beautiful Polynesian table with seating for eight. The great room offers vaulted ceilings, two relaxing couches, 50" Plasma, cable, DVD, iPod stereo, and DVR!

The master suite offers a California king bed with a gorgeous, imported bedroom set and high quality linens and a 27" TV with DVD/VCR. The master bath has dual sinks, large shower and separate roman tub. Our Master Lanai has a two person hammock that is perfect for reading and relaxing. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a bunkbed with custom comforters. The third bedroom is on the first level and has a very nice queen bedroom set with a full bath just off the bedroom. Beach toys, chairs, towels, surf and boogie boards are all included.

This private, beautiful beach and golf resort includes four secluded beach lagoons, the Five Star J.W. Ihilani Marriott Resort and Spa, and the Ko Olina Golf Course, which has plays host to professional tour events from time to time. There is a 270 slip marina with whale watching, snorkeling and sunset charters along the beautiful reefs of this pristine coastline. Oahu’s premiere luau at Paradise Cove, and wonderful restaurants including Roy's Hawaiian fusion cuisine on the 18th green are also part of this stunning resort community.

Just 3 miles down the road is the town of Kapolei, with everything you may need to feel at home like a Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Target, Costco, Safeway, Blockbuster, K-mart, several restaurants, 16-plex cinemas and more. There is an amazing water park for all ages called Wet and Wild! Great Outlet Shopping at Waikele is nearby as well. See the whole island from this location or just stroll down to your own beach paradise. Families are welcome!

  • Absolutely wonderful vacation villa! We recently concluded a month long stay and felt completely at home our entire stay. All the conveniences and amenities of home are here at this villa. The villa's furnishings are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is fully equiped and stocked with everything that you will need to enjoy home cooked meals or BBQs on the patio. The Ko Olina Kai common areas are well maintained, secure and very quiet. The resort's pool and spa is just up the street from the villa and is very nicely designed. Also, having the golf cart available is priceless. We enjoy going over to the lagoons, but parking spots are few and far between, but with the golf cart, all you have to do is slip into one of the golf cart designated parking spaces and enjoy another beautiful day in paradise. I would highly recommend this vacation villa to anyone that would like to stay in a spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already re-booked for next summer.

Your place is a 5 star in our opinion. Very clean!!!! It was so nice having the grass area right outside for our 1 year old grandson to enjoy. The pool area was so nice and we spent much of our time there. The coves were also alot of fun.   • Hi, Scott, We had a wonderful time at your condo! It was everything you promised. We enjoyed using the golf cart to go to the lagoons, but also found it an easy walk to Lagoons 3 and 4. Thank you for letting us have the opportunity of using your beautifully decorated and furnished condo. We were very gentle to your condo, even removing shoes and slippers like we do in our own home. Paul, onsite manager, was very helpful when we called about rectifying a parking warning. Our first night, we didn’t know about getting a pass from security for the 2nd car parked in the proper guest space after 10pm. Thanks again for a lovely, fun stay. Mahalo, Molly T.

  • A big thank you to Scott for renting his condo in Ko Olina to our family - all 7 of us! The condo was ideal - spacious and well appointed. The lagoons and golf cart ride to them were awesome. This is a great location for those really wanting to see Oahu - close to H1. We hit all the great beaches - Yokohama, Sunset, Waimaeia Bay, Kailua. Ko Olina golf course is also awesome and Turtle Bay Palmer course is a must play! Our teeenage girls loved Oahu and the condo! Scott was the ultimate host and very easy to deal with - we extended our stay and we will definately be back!!!   • We loved everything about this townhouse. It was very spacious (6 adults and 2 toddlers), clean, well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. The owners also provided lots of beach toys and chairs. We also loved Ko Olina Resort....beautiful beaches, golf course, swimming pool....what more could you ask for? We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any of our friends and family.

  • Staying in this property is like being in a new first class hotel, only bigger and better. Everything is provided for and of top quality. Location is great especially for young kids. Very quiet and feels safe. Everyone enjoyed the hammock, too. Would not want to stay in a hotel anymore after staying here. Friends and family are waiting to have the same experience that we had. We highly recommend this vacation rental.
