Home is located less then 100 feet from the beautiful shores of Lake Granby. Private boat dock in front of home is available for sitting, swimming, and fishing only.

During the summer there is easy access to boating, fishing, water-skiing, and sailing, and is close to four great golf courses. In the Winter, we have excellent access to skiing at 3 major resorts - Winter Park Resort (30 Min.) - Steamboat Springs (90 Min.) - Sol Vista Ski Area (10 Min.) Ice fishing and snow mobiling on the lake is permitted. Lake Granby provides easy access to 130 miles of scenic groomed trails thru the Arapahoe National Forest right from your doorstep! This property is only minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and Hot Sulphur Springs Spa.
