The owners of Maui Kamaole F 102, Steve and Laura Strehlau try to spend as much time as they can at their Maui home, but they are delighted to share their condo with you.
Located in the South Kihei-Wailea area, across the street from beautiful Kamaole III beach and the nearby romantic Keawakapu Beach, Maui Kamaole is an upscale low-rise condo complex featuring 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, cabanas with tables and barbecues, a waterfall, manicured tropical gardens and grounds and tennis courts.
The bright, spacious 1 bedroom with new Eastern King bed, 2 bath condo is a ground floor unit featuring both a lanai off the living room with a partial ocean view and a private courtyard off the master bedroom. This configuration allows the Trades to flow through with constant cooling breezes. In addition, both the living room and the bedroom have ceiling fans and air conditioning.
The condo comes equipped with outdoor toys for your enjoyment: snorkels, tennis rackets and balls, sand toys and beach chairs, cooler,umbrellas,a set of right hand golf clubs w/bag, and 2 mountain bikes w/helmets. No need to drive, several white sandy beaches are within walking distance, just across the street from the complex.
After a long day on the beach, the fully equipped kitchen with brand new glass top stove and corian counters or outdoor barbecues make it easy to create a gourmet meal. Then relax in front of a flat screen television,use the sound system or DVD player. How about a game of Scrabble or Trivial Pursuit or reading a book from our library?
This building is the newest (2001) complex at Maui Kamaole and is located away from S. Kihei Road, so the condo is extremely quiet. And yet, within a half mile walking distance are convenience stores and restaurants such as Maui Taco, Fred's Mexican Restaurant, Cafe O'lei, and Moose McGilly Cuddy's. A movie theatre and grocery store are within two miles of the condo. South of Maui Kamaole are the beautiful Shops at Wailea with high-end stores and restaurants. Several World Class golf courses are also within a few miles of Maui Kamaole.

Why the Owner Chose Maui Kamaole
We love the Kihei area because the weather seems to be the best throughout the year. We love the Maui Kamaole because it is near shops, restaurants, beaches, and golf courses, but it is very quiet and private.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The landscaping at the Maui Kamaole is very lush and tropical. The courtyard off the bedroom is very private and it is a wonderful place to relax with your morning cup of coffee.
The waterfall,palms and flowering bouganvillea make a perfect setting to relax poolside.
This beach was voted the most romantic beach on Maui. Nice boogie board beach

Owners, Laura and Steve Strehlau love coming to Maui especially when the weather in the Pacific Northwest is less than ideal. We also like to come in spring and fall...summer is fun too! There just isn't a bad time to be in Maui.
We are avid travelers and have filled our condo with reminders of our travel. Being an enthusiastic cook, Laura has filled the kitchen with handy utensils, cookware, and dishes.

I just wanted to says thanks once again to Laura and Steve for allowing us to stay at their condo. We had a magnificent time! The boogie boards and snorkels were perfect for our daily adventures around Maui. Plus your library on Maui has plenty of information for folks who are unsure of what they would like do (or reassurance on their activities). The property is very well kept and warm & welcoming! The beds are comfortable and the patio are great for relaxing. An added plus is that you are within walking distance to several beaches for playing or just watching the sunsets. Thanks again and look forward to visiting in the future!

We stayed here for 4 nights and we love the place. The property is clean and well-maintained. Once you enter into the unit, there is a feel of warmth and comfort. The unit is nicely decorated. We used the beach equipments(noodles,chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella) that were provided by the owners. Since this is our first time to travel to Maui, the owners were very helpful. They offered suggestions like must see places, nice beaches to go to and activities my family will love to do. We followed their suggestions and made our stay even better. Our overall experience in Maui is truly unforgettable. Steve and Laura, thank you very much for the wonderful accommodation.

We love walking through the door of the condo and knowing we're home, away from home. This condo truly makes us feel we've arrived in Maui. It is so easy to relax here in the quiet, tropical setting with cool breezes blowing through. With such a comfortable condo, somedays, we never leave, but relax on the lanai or spend a few hours at the beautiful upper pool. Our life slows down. We have time to enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds us and so when it is time to return home, we truly feel like we've have had a relaxing vacation. Thank you.
