This large duplex is just a half a mile walk to the ocean and the owner’s have included everything you would need to enjoy your stay in a beach community from a surfboard to bicycles to beach chairs. Encinitas is quaint beach community known for its small town vibe while less than 30 minutes drive from downtown San Diego. Cruise to the center of town and eat out at one of the many delicious restaurants that line Old Coast Highway, go to a movie at the historic theatre, or spend a day relaxing at the beach. The famous flower fields of Carlsbad, Quail Botanical Gardens, bird watching in the protected lagoons and the Self-Realization Meditation Gardens are less than 10 minutes away.

It was just completely remodeled and beautifully furnished in mid-April and will be ready for it's first guests in May, 2009.
