Just a few blocks to Mission Bay Parks- one of San Diego's most beautiful water front park more than 2 miles long. There is swimming, walking, bike riding, roller blading, paddle boats, picnics, childrens play parks, kite flying and lots of grassy area. There are miles of bike riding trails all along the Bay to Sea World to Crown Point and on to Mission Beach.

5 minutes to the world famous Sea World and watch the fireworks right from your back patio.

10 minutes to the Pacific Ocean, Mission Beach and Belmont Park with a large arrangement of amusement, restaurants and shopping. Mission Beach is one of the most fun and most popular beaches in California.
