The bright and open Living and Dining rooms provide panoramic views from FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS, a wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings opening to expansive gulf front decks. Walk to the world famous Red Bar or renowned Grayton State Park which are both just steps away.
The Master Suite is on the main level and features a private deck area with your own private WATERFALL & LIGHT JACUZZI for daytime beach views or romance under the stars. The main master also features a King size bed, oval windows, flat screen television and private DVD player. The Master bath provides a STEAM BATH with WATERFALL SHOWER and HYDROTHERAPY SPA and waterfall. One word - Romance! I stayed at Atypical earlier in the year. I was overwhelmed by the decor of the home and the wonderful view! The main living area offered a perfect view of the gulf, Western Lake overflow and Grayton Beach State Park! The rooms were beautifully decorated and fun. Being close to the Red Bar and Shorty's was great, we didn't have to go too far for good food and fun! There was lots of space in the house to spread out, but the living area was the best! The master bedroom and bath was wonderful.The theater room downstairs was fantastic. It was Grayton vacationing at its best! Kayaks can be rented and launched out of Western Lake and can be enjoyed in the gulf as well!! A bicycle ride is the way to get around the whole area.

I just wanted to say that our 50th anniversary at Atypical was unbelievable and so rewarding. It was like a huge family reunion with all of our children and grandchildren there to make our 50th anniversary so memorable. The theater kept all of the small children occupied and the teens loved being right on the beach. Everything was perfect and the management and staff were so helpful and accommodating. We'll try to make it back for our 75th!

This home is the nicest place I've ever stayed. The theater is loaded with all kinds of movies, the view and location couldn't be better. Our photographer said that it's a photographers dream and everyone was impressed with our wedding location. I couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect wedding. Debbie, thanks for the tip about sleeping upstairs under the stars. It was magical and Susan was so helpful with all of her help before the wedding. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a very special home for their.

We had such a grand time while staying at Atypical. Such a beautifully decorated and clean home. The management and staff were very accommodating. We had our wedding on the front lawn and we could not have asked for a better turn out. Thank you very much to the owner for allowing us to spend our special day and time at your home.
