We stayed at Bill's lovely house for 7 days on the top level, and then after a 4-day exploration of the Volcano side, we returned for 4 days in the middle level. Both levels are wonderful--great comfort and Ohh the view! Plus, the location is stellar--close to 2 great beaches and in a quiet area. Bill is an awesome host, and our experience here greatly exceeded last year's stay in a Magic Sands condo. The kids loved the total access to their "own" private swimming pool, and mom loved the plumerias and landscaping.
