This rustic and refined beautiful home is centrally located in the west meadow (Sea Ranch's Best Area). Guests can easily walk to the beautiful Walk-on-Beach, only one and a half minutes from front door! Then head for the nearby golf course, recreation center or hiking along the incredible Bluff Top Trails. We always provide our guests with extra touches like robes for the hot tub, and you can enjoy watching the sunset! Then step into the new hot tub to relax before bed and let the ocean sounds lull you to the best night's sleep! Suited for no more than 4 people.
The living/dining/kitchen area is an open floor plan. Large windows in the living room offer some white water view of crashing waves and expansive blue water views. You can see the ocean from almost every rooms in the house. Great for whale watching! A sliding glass door from the living room opens to a deck on the south side of the home. Very efficient kitchen. There are FOUR bikes for our guests to explore the area. Guest have passes to access the recreation center with heated year round pool and tennis. There is world class golfing at your fingertips!

The Unique Benefits at this House
Walking in the front door, the house is warm from the afternoon sun and the water is so blue you just melt. A short stroll to the beach and you are in a different world surrounded by driftwood, sand and the sound of the surf.

We found Sea Myst as we were driving home from the Mendocino Coast. As we lamented the thought of leaving the ocean we happened on the for sale sign pointing to a house at the world famous Sea Ranch. We stopped and the rest is our Sea Myst history . One that we hope to pass on to our grandchildren.
The minute we walked into this house we knew we were home! The view, the feel and we didn't realize the best beach on Sea Ranch was 2 minutes away. The more we learned about the family who built the house the more we felt a connection to this house. Here it is five years later and we are more in love with Sea Myst and Sea Ranch than ever. You will fall in love too...

I felt like I was entering my own house, there were so many familiar touches - like the Buddhas and garden shrine, some of the books, the music, and the very well- equipped kitchen! We've stayed in a number of vacation rentals all over the world, but yours was the one that was the most comforting. Sea Ranch is an exceptional place, and you are lucky to own property there. Seeing the wildlife, gazing at the stars from the hot tub - well, we probably sound like all the people who spend time at your house - thrilled. It was great to be away from the city, the lights, the noise and congestion. A real retreat. I hope we can come back again some time. The drive is a bit daunting - four hours from San Jose is a long journey for a weekend. But I felt it was well worth it. Thank you for all the wonderful touches. You forgot nothing in your attempts to make your guests feel pampered, comfortable, and at home. Warmly, xxx
