Here's the perfect accommodation and location for a family gathering in San Diego. Our newly remodeled PACIFIC BEACH BUNGALOW is a spacious 2,800 square foot home on a tree-lined street, uniquely located near both the beach and bay. It's only a five minute walk to either the calm waters of beautiful Mission Bay or the pounding surf of the Pacific Ocean.

After enjoying the sandy beach and salty ocean waves, return to the refreshing waters of our backyard heated pool and spa. Follow up with a bbq on the outdoor gas grill and roasted marshmallows over the fire ring. Enjoy it all from the comfortable patio seating overlooking the pool or from the family room that opens onto the deck.

Everything you need is within easy walking distance: Ralph's grocery store, Long's drug store, Blockbuster's video store, Crystal Pier, numerous restaurants, souvenir shops, churches, bike rentals, and even a playground with a grassy picnic area and designated swimming area for the children on the bay.

The sleeping accommodations include four bedrooms - one downstairs and three upstairs, with the following beds: downstairs queen; upstairs king; upstairs with two double beds and bunkbed; upstairs with one double and single bed.

Three bedrooms have their own full baths. You'll especially enjoy the newly remodeled master suite with its elegant bathroom. Another upstairs bedroom also has a brand new full bath. Downstairs you'll find a convenient, spacious powder room just off the family room, a bedroom with a full bath and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off the sand from the beach.

The private driveway is 47' long and accommodates two large vehicles easily. You can drive to most local attractions in minutes. Sea World is a five minute drive. The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Legoland are within 30 minutes. The San Diego International Airport (Lindbergh Field) is only 20 minutes away.

Our property is a private home which we make available as a vacation rental to responsible guests. It is not a party house. We request visitors observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Individuals under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.
