  • Good Location Close to Big Resorts

"Stayed here while attending event at Westin next door. The owner Linda stopped by a few times to check on us. Grocery store little further than I was comfortable to walk but cabs fairly easy find in front of condo. Bus stop out front is best way to go to Turtle Farm or Georgetown. Very comfortable condo, great beach, no competition for chairs though Spring Break. There are no snorkel prospects off beach here because of sandy bottom. Be aware that upstairs bedroom is a loft so if you have early risers in your party they can be heard upstairs! Super clean, well stocked and maintained property."

  • A very "Happy Vacation Experience" on the Brach

"We spent a week vacationing on the Brac and very much enjoyed our stay at "Happy Hours". It was everything that was stated in the description. Both the owner and manager were very easy to reach and corresponded quickly to any questions that I had before and during our stay. Van, the property manager on the island, met us at the airport and waited for us to secure our rental car. We then followed him to the grocery store so we could pick up a few items before he showed us to the house and gave us a tour of the property. The bottle of wine that was waiting for us from the owners was nice and very much appreciated. Van made us feel very welcomed and was a good ambassador both for "Happy Hours" and the "Island". The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we need for our stay. The view of the water was fabulous. This is a very quiet and secluded location and we loved having our own private pool. I had brought some CD's to play and it was nice as there are speakers in the pool area...perfect to enjoy Jimmy Buffet songs and your favorite cocktail on the pool patio. BTW, the sky filled with stars are amazing at night! The weather was perfect during our stay and there was always a nice breeze blowing. We found all the people on the island amazingly friendly. We felt extremely safe on the island no matter where we went. The island is very easy to get around on so no stress of getting lost. Just be mindful as you drive on the opposite side of the road! Our favorite restaurant was the Brac Reef Resort on the West end of the island. You cannot beat the view from their outside bar and I highly recommend their Jerk Chicken Wings. We also had a nice dinner on Saturday night at Alexander's which was a outdoor BBQ...all you can eat ribs, chicken and fish plus side dishes. All in all we were pleased with our stay and look forward to visit again and enjoy more "Happy Hours"!"

  • Just as pictured....easiest vacation ever taken

"First the booking was so easy and helpful! We will be back! If you ever want to feel like you're on your own little island...this is how private it feels. Everything was clean! Well equipped. The only thing we missed was a TV for news and weather but did have good internet! Coconut and the lime tree was awesome! Rock shore was beautiful! We had bad weather...so not much diving. Did shore dive to Keith Tibbets, sweet shore dive. Everything close in! Star Island restaurant up the road..best keylime pie ever! The 2nd floor master suite had the most spectacular view and was HUGE and roomy. Outdoor shower was fun and convenient. If your looking for granite and pillow top and keurig, look elsewhere...if you're looking for small island tropic quiet comfortable and roomy...this is it. One note if you have small kids Rock shore may be tough for them and the bedrooms don't adjoin the main living area. On the other hand this set up affords great privacy! The 2 bedrooms down are joined by a small bathroom. The living dining kitchen are very roomy. Loved it"

  • Perfect!

"The condo is exactly as described. Great setting and very private. Everything you need is there and were it should be. For us it was close to activities like the Dolphin Swim and Ride out to StingRay City. Barkers beach is right down the road and has miles of secluded beachfront and perfect warm water lagoon for swimming and snorkeling. There is even a horseback riding concession that takes you out into the water right there on the beach. We are kiteboarders and this location allowed us to jump in the van and go to Barkers and ride for a while and be back for lunch in a matter of minutes. Barkers may be the best location in the Caribbean to kite! We went to the restaurant across the street twice and had some of the best food ever! Its also close to a few more great restaurants like The Calypso Grill and Alfrescos. Fosters, a full service grocery store, is about 10 min away where you can stock up on everything you could possibly need for your stay. Dee the owner was so easy to work with and communicates quickly and answered all our questions. The place was very very clean and even provides beach towels and a cooler to make the stay more enjoyable. If you want shopping and nightlife its a 15 min drive to all the action on 7 mile beach. If you want the hustle and bustle of the Georgetown and tourist areas this is not the place for you. If you want to really relax and enjoy the perfect climate and scenery then it does not get much better than this!! A few days we had the pool to ourselves with just a few folks coming and going. Loved our stay and would recommend it to friends and family alike!!!!!!!!!!!"

Cayman Islands Travel Tips

Cayman Island Rentals Are Bases to Discover Paradise

Discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1503, the Cayman Islands were originally named Las Tortugas after the numerous sea turtles there. The Cayman Islands are now ideal locations for today’s explorers. Cayman Islands rentals give independent travelers bases from which to discover the myriad of attractions on the Cayman Islands. Cayman Islands villas allow you to discover exciting activities at lovely Caribbean resorts.

Cayman Island Villas for Relaxation and Education

Seven Mile Beach is one of the Caribbean’s premier beaches. Located on Grand Cayman, it is easily accessible from all Cayman Island villas. South of Seven Mile Beach is Georgetown, the capital of the Cayman Islands and home to several Caribbean resorts. Located here is the Cayman Islands National Museum. There are more than 2,000 items portraying the natural, social, and cultural history of the Caymans. Take time away from your comfortable Cayman Islands rentals to visit the Cayman Turtle Farm. This is a fascinating excursion where you can see the work being carried out to bring back the population of endangered green sea turtles.

Explore Sea Life at Caribbean Resorts

No excursion from Caribbean resorts is complete without visiting Stingray City. Conveniently located close to Cayman Islands rentals, this attraction is where a large number of stingrays gather. It is believed that the fish come to the area because local fisherman used to clean and gut their catches here. Now visitors wade onto the waist-deep sandbar to pet and feed these amazing creatures. This will be an unforgettable experience to remember when you look back on your time in Cayman Islands villas.

Caribbean Resorts for World-renowned Diving on your Doorstep

Cayman Islands rentals offer the more adventurous some of the best scuba diving sites of all the Caribbean resorts. World-renowned sites such as Bloody Bay and Jackson's Bight are located on the north side of Little Cayman. Famous for its sheer cliff drop offs, it is definitely for the experienced diver. The spectacular natural beauty, activities, water sports and interesting places to visit from Cayman Islands villas makes the area the perfect vacation destination.
