Weekend by the ocean

The location was perfect for taking little ones to the beach. All we had to do was cross the street! The accommodations were perfect for an extended family. We had a great time.

Exceptional location and value

This property is located across the street from the beach, and several retail shops. Despite COVID, we had an amazing time social distancing on the beach and ordering delivery/take out from some of our favorite local spots. Overall this was the perfect spot for our ad hoc holiday getaway.

Summer beach trip

We love this spot to accommodate all 7 of us plus a dog. Convenient location, sitting on the deck is great and we couldn’t ask for an easier check in/out process. We will be back.

Overpriced!!!

Watch your rental fees! This property was listed fora certain price (which the review process doesn't allow to post) which a reasonable price for what you get. But adding all extra fees, I ended up paying three times more. Lots of third party vendors cutting extra fees on your stay and it ends up being absolutely overrated Nice location, ocean front, very dated beach house.

Beach time

We arrived to a welcoming front door accented with beautiful succulent flower pots. When we entered, we were surprised with a thoughtful Christmas gift basket. The home was bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and various skylights. We enjoyed the maps, history and prints displayed throughout the home. The kitchen was fully stocked and had additional unexpected amenities such as seasonings, spices, linens and supplies, etc. and the drawers were labeled with contents. The light switches were clearly identified with labels as well. We found all of the labeling to be very helpful. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for my family. My sister-in-law loved the oversized bathtub and we all enjoyed the spacious living room with the gas burning fireplace while playing games. We enjoyed our outside time walking along the beach, the boat harbor and the surrounding neighborhood. The front deck offered views of the waves, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and we could hear the seal lions talking at night. The lights stringed around the front deck added a special touch after sunset. The back patio area opened to a neighboring cottage/home. There were some planter boxes to create some separation of space. The back patio area offered a cozy sitting area with a wood burning fire pit to enjoy delicious s’mores. There was a propane bbq on the side deck that we didn’t have an opportunity to utilize but we were happy there was one available. During our visit, we celebrated my father’s 80th, my brother’s 50th and a Merry Christmas. Many thanks to the property owners for their hospitality and sharing their home with my family.

A Welcome Haven

Located in the heart of the harbor. We loved walking across the street for the gorgeous, dog friendly beach or for sand volleyball. Great restaurants nearby. Amazing sunsets from the deck overlooking the break of the waves. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of seating, tons of sleeping options and you can still hear the waves from the rear of the house! Bring some bath salts to enjoy the huge soaking tub in the master. We can’t wait to come back.

Great location and charming beach house

Property manager was very helpful and rental process was smooth. House was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable. House was superficially clean, but some areas needed cleaning. Outdoor table and chairs were filthy and cushinson the sofa were pretty stained. If this improved, it would be a better value.
