Black Rock is walking distance and offers excellent snorkeling. The Alii is walking distance to several hotels and restaurants offering dining options if you do not want to eat in or barbecue at the oceanfront grill/recreation area. These are the most beautiful condominiums on Kaanapali Beach!

UNIT INFORMATION -

We have available a spacious, recently remodeled, two-bedroom, two-bath, deluxe unit with ocean and pool views, completely redecorated, fully equipped; including three flat screen televisions, wireless Internet, microwave oven, DVD/VCR, stereo, king-size master bed and two double beds in the second bedroom, washer/dryer, in-room safe, and a private lanai.

When you step off the elevator, you will be just feet from the beach. When staying in this unit, you will have ocean and pool view from every windows and the spacious lanai.

Perfect Location

Sat's unit is in the perfect location at Kaanapali Ali as it is very close to the beach and has awesome ocean views from every room and balcony. Kaanapali Ali is in a great location in West Maui, with restaurants within walking distance as well as Whaler's Village. We even walked to Lahaina! It is surrounded by crowded resorts, making us very thankful we chose to stay here instead of at one of those. This is a large unit with 2 full bathrooms that were well stocked. The kitchen was also well stocked. We enjoyed reading the Maui News which was delivered to our doorstep every day. Overall, a great stay!

Couldn't be better!

Just returned from 8 nights in Sat's wonderful condo. Our family of four was very comfortable and had everything on-site that we needed. The complex is beautiful and is close to everything. We spent many hours relaxing on the lanai. Highly recommend!

Comfort AND Convenience

We spent the week in this lovely condo and enjoyed every moment. It was such a pleasure to be right in the heart of Kaanapalii - an easy stroll to restaurants and shops. But at the same time, if you want to relax and have a little space, the condo and resort property provides all you can ask for. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with what you might need for cooking, etc.. The pool/property was beautifully maintained. The bellman will bring your groceries up to your room and there is a "grill master" there every evening to take care of bbq-ing for you. It is a great location - an easy drive to most anywhere on the island. If you have the time, do the Skyline Ecotours zipline tour - it was really fun, with amazing views. If you are up for a splurge, the spa at the Grand Wailea is worth the drive (just buy your "spafinders" gift cards from costco and it gets you 20% off). Overall, we loved our stay - the perfect mix of activity and relaxation. This condo has gorgeous views and a lovely patio (perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening). Highly recommended!

Perfect Two Week Family Vacation

Our family of two couples and two toddlers much enjoyed our two April weeks in this great condo. At check-in, friendly valet parked our rental cars in the covered lot and brought all of our luggage and just-bought groceries up to this fifth floor unit. Spectacular views from all rooms. This is probably the best located of the four Alii buildings in terms of view without sun glare and ease of access to pools, BBQ area and beach. Condo was very clean and fully equipped including all kitchen needs, extra beach chairs and even an extra straw hat. Booking process was seamless and because everything in the unit worked perfectly, we never needed to contact owner Sat. Location in middle of Kaanapali Beach is very handy for walks to restaurants, other resorts and shops at Whalers' Village. The Alii complex is very calm and serene, at least in late April. No crowds nor battles for pool side loungers as at the nearby Hyatt, Westin, etc. Over two weeks there were never more than about 25 guest around the pools and spas, so dozens of loungers were always available in sun or shady areas. The BBQ area is pristine as the staff meticulously cleans each of the eight grills every morning. A large cabinet provides you with complimentary plates, napkins, utensils and those critical red solo cups. A fresh for the picking herb garden next to the grills is a nice touch too. We enjoyed grilled Costco steaks and burgers at the plentiful tables adjacent to the BBQs while watching the sunsets. This unit is well-priced compared to similar others in Alii, we recommend it and hope to return. Mahalo, Sat.

Great Condo for A Fun Family Spring Break!

My family of five spent 7 wonderful nights in this comfortable & well stocked condo. Sat was extremely easy to work with and the condo had everything we needed for an easy and fun family vacation. And, that gorgeous view from the lanai never gets old (I am missing the sunsets already)! This is our second time staying at the Kaanapali Alii and we have found it to be the perfect home base in Maui - pristine beach, walking distance to Whaler's Village, big enough without feeling overcrowded, beautiful setting. Highly recommend!
