Sunny & Cheers ligger i Grove by the Sea utanför 30A i Seagrove. Vi gjorde så många glada minnen i vårt strandhus att vi vill dela det med andra. Vi har 2 stora sovrum med eget badrum. Rakt ut genom vår bakdörr är en av de två poolerna i vårt grannskap som är fodrad med massor av vackra träd och slingrande trottoarer. Det finns en tennisbana med ett basketmål som vi älskade att spela på. Njut av att smutta kaffe på verandasvingen och lyssna på havsvågorna på en av två av våra avskärmade verandor. Ta cykelturer till stranden eller Seaside för att ta glass eller en grillad ost (en av våra favoriter). Massor av vackra konstlinjer väggarna från lokala och regionala konstnärer b / c vår familj äger The Studio Gallery i Grayton Beach ... ett måste besöka! Det stora sovrummet har en ny king size-säng och en stor monterad platt-tv. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng plus två våningssängar. Huset har nyligen renoverats och nymålade och redo att göra minnen med din familj. Allt detta med en avsedd strandåtkomst också!

Beautiful and cozy!

We loved our stay at this sweet beach house! Beautifully decorated and super comfy. We were so appreciative of the beach umbrellas, chairs and toys to use! Super close to the pool too which my kids loved. Extra towels and coffee an added bonus ! Thank you for letting us stay !!

2nd stay in Seagrove

We loved it so much last summer we came back! Great home in a quiet neighborhood. Just steps from the back door to the pool. A short walk to the beach. Bikes provided to tour the area. Not far from Destin or Panama City - so you can hang back and relax, or go find some activities. We love the house - very clean, comfortable, and well supplied. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Would come back again!

Perfect vacation

We had a great time in Seaside! The house is in a very nice area, clean and quiet. Very convenient access to the beach and neighborhood pool. Cutest beach house

This was our second time staying at this adorable beach house. You will not be sorry booking this house. It has everything you need for your stay; beach towels, bikes, wagon, beach toys, just to name a few. This property was exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable, and it’s tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s also decorated adorably and is so cozy and welcoming. Taylor is an amazing hostess and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Can’t say enough good things about this property.

First week of summer

From the moment we arrived, the property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and welcoming. For our family of 5 coming together for a vacation, this was the perfect spot! The house had everything we needed, it didn’t have clutter, it was well kept, and comfortable. If I HAD to write something “negative” it would be that one bike made a little noise, but it became a family joke of who would pick it (always me)!! But keep in mind, the bikes are complimentary and such an added bonus!

Wonderful place

Beautiful and cozy home that is very clean in a wonderful neighborhood. The owner is very easy to communicate with and responds fast. Every room is well stocked which makes the vacation so much easier. The neighborhood has security that rides by often which is comforting. Definitely will be staying here again.

Sweet little beach home

We adore this sweet little beach home. This is our second year here. Access to the pool out the back door and the bikes are a couple of our favorites. A very short walk to the beach in early morning is delightful and invigorating start to the day. Amenities within the home are impressive: the kitchen is flush with everything needed for gourmet meal prep and presentation, cabinets are stocked with games and books for everyone to enjoy, and the beds are the best. But the best part of this home is the consummate hospitality of your hostess. Taylor is the best. She is lightning fast responsive and will exceed your expectations in making sure everything about your stay is flawless. We give her and here home our highest recommendation and will be back often. You will not be disappointed.

Cozy Beach House

We had such a wonderful time! The home is lovely. The pool access is fantastic if you have small children. We did rent a golf cart to go back a forth to beach. If you’re traveling with adults or older children, it wouldn’t be a terrible walk. The location is great for shopping and dinning. The owner, Taylor, was so accommodating and responds very quickly. I didn’t mention this during our stay, but did at check out. The exterior doors on the home are extremely difficult to open and close. As I said, I did mention that to Taylor at checkout and she lined up their maintenance man to go out that day. I would suggest it is time for a deep clean of the home, but no complaints. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Extremely nice property with neighborhood pool adjacent to home. Close to Seaside for many things.

Great time, house was cozy and comfortable for our family. The beach area was not crowded and fairly close to house. We enjoyed having the pool right outside our back door. Our host was amazing and wonderful to work with going the extra mile to assist when needed.

Beach vacation

Very nice property with great location! Short walk to the neighborhood’s beach access - much less crowded than the public accesses. The neighborhood pool is steps away from the back door. Loved the screened porches in the early mornings and late evenings. Communication with the host was excellent! Quick and thoughtful responses to our questions about activities and services in the area prior to our stay.

Family beach trip

Highly recommend this beach house! It was perfect for our family of 5. Accommodations were very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing time. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials you need to stay in and cook if you prefer. Also loved that one of the neighborhood pools was steps from the back door. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 had the best week at this home! This house is everything you could ask for…beautiful, comfortable and clean! The location is great…in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities: pool, courts and close to Seaside! Memorial Day 2023

Overall the stay at the beach house was great. A little more crowded on 30A than we expected but it was a holiday weekend. Nice quiet peaceful neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the games at the house and bunk beds. We discovered pickle ball on this trip and will definitely play more.

Amazing Vacation

This house is absolutely gorgeous and the location can’t be beat. The neighborhood is so quaint and the house really feels like a home away from home. Taylor and Steve did not miss any details, the house is equipped with everything. The screened in porches were so nice, the beds are so so comfortable. The house is so close to the pool which was great for us with two younger kids. We opted to rent a golf cart so getting to the beach was a breeze, and everything is a short golf cart away. We can’t give enough stars for our expierence here, memories were definitely made! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you again for having us!

Perfect family getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this charming property! The home was cozy and comfortable and perfect for our family of four. The home was so well equipped with everything you need from the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms to the outdoor bikes and toys. We couldn’t have asked for more! The location of the home is perfect and the amenities in the neighborhood are an added bonus. Great place and location in Sea Grove. Quiet neighborhood with no thru traffic. One of the neighborhood pools (heated) is adjacent to the backyard. 10 min walk to the beach or 5 minute bike ride. Teens enjoyed biking to the beach, Seaside or local coffee shops.

Wonderful!

We so enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. There was inspiration everywhere we looked, from the beautiful artwork and positive quotes, to the amazing selection of books to enjoy. We were able to relax comfortably, as the home was so cozy and well-equipped. We loved having use of the bikes...it was so nice to have them! Taylor was very responsive and gave us many wonderful suggestions. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation

We had a delightful stay at this cozy beach house. The accommodations were just as described. Taylor was extremely responsive to our inquiries and helped us with activities, restaurants and even additional bike rentals. The neighborhood is quiet and away from 30A but only a few minutes walk to the beach from the cozy cottage. We enjoyed the screened porches for morning reading time. The pool was just steps from the house for afternoon break. All in all, a great Gulf coast experience. I give Taylor and her home my highest rating.

My name is Taylor Sullivan Irwin. I was born and raised in Nashville Tennessee. I love sweet tea, my family, the beach, and God...maybe not in that order.
I moved to the beach with my 3 babies plus our fur baby Tucker and later added Lulu both rescue puppies. I raised my babies at this wonderful house!! It holds great memories here!! I reconnected with Steve Irwin my husband after lots of years...we met when we were 14 at Young Life...he had a crush on me for all those years, and I never knew it until we reconnected. God has great plans!! Now I have 5 children ( 2 bonus babies), and a wonderful loving husband, & a fur babies....my life is extra full of love!! Hope yours is too!! xo- Taylor

We loved our home from the moment we saw it...it's so cute and cozy and full of life. We are so excited to share our happy beach house with other families!! It is small but full of personality...lots of fun art, cozy beds and furniture, comfy screened in porches and close to lots of great places to eat, shop, and sunbath. We love that the pool is behind our house which is heated in the winter and spring months. There is a front pool too. There is a tennis court/pickle ball court with a basketball goal on it thanks to my son Will. We love to walk on the tree lined paths in our neighborhood that lead to the beach. We have a very close beach access or you can drive just down the street to the public beach access too that has bathrooms and a water fountain with a life guard on duty. We included 4 new beach cruiser bikes to enjoy!! We love to ride to Seaside...so much to do!! It is about a mile away. We hope you enjoy your stay!! xo

We have loved the large trees that wind around the paths. It is like you are in the forest...secluded and quiet. However, you are a mile away from Seaside which is full of shops, wonderful places to eat, and lots to do!! I hope you make as many happy memories there as we have!!
