Welcome to "Beach Break Getaway" our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beach bungalow in Seagrove Beach.

LOCATION:

Walking distance to the sugar sand beaches of the 30A, this cozy beach home is located in the The Bungalows community of Seagrove Beach.

This home is only a five-minute walk to the closest public beach access (Beachwood Villas), and just steps to the community's two pools and hot tubs. Seagrove Beach hosts more public beach access points than any other part of the 30A, so you will be spoiled for choice as to where to set up camp for your days by the Gulf. There are also plenty of superb local restaurants within minutes of the home.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

Recently refurbished, this beach bungalow accommodates up to six people. The first floor entrance leads into the home's living room. Across from the living room you'll find the updated kitchen and dining nook with seating for six people, and space for an addition three people at the breakfast bar.

The home's full kitchen offers everything you will need for your stay, including fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric range, and oven. Along with plenty of cupboard space, the kitchen comes complete with all the cookware and cutlery you will need. The first floor powder room also doubles as the laundry room, with a full-size washer and dryer.

Heading upstairs you'll find the queen master bedroom with private en suite and updated shower. Across the hall is bedroom two, complete with a two twin bunks that can accommodate four guests, and full en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms allow access to the home's balcony - the perfect spot to unwind with a good book after a long day in the sun.

AMENITIES:

The home provides full access to The Bungalows at Seagrove Beach private swimming pools and hot tub and is only 350 yards to the Beachwood Villas public beach access. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and gear rental facilities. The home provides some beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon), a gas grill, fresh linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

You will find everything you need in the home to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter supply of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities:

Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.

Close to the beach

The property was a great spot for our family to enjoy a few days at the beach. The unit is within walking distance to a beach public access point and about 2 miles from Seaside. We appreciated the use of the beach cart and chairs during our stay.

Great little Bungalow

Overall we loved staying here! It has everything you need. Close proximity to the pool and a nice little walk to the beach. It was very clean and just what you see on the listing.

This was our 3rd time to stay at the bungalow’s. The location is great, we rented a golf cart this time which made it so nice to get around!!

Great beach stay!

Three of us came for a girls trip and this house was perfect! About a 5-8 minute walk to the beach. House was nicely stocked with things we would need. Quick to answer any questions we had!

Great experience staying here! We stay at a Bungalow each year, and this one by far had the most amenities. Literally everything we needed and more. Really intentional touches and things provided. They were also so helpful, friendly, quick to respond with any needs.

Fall Break 2023

This property was perfect for our fall break. Great location and very accessible. We have stayed in the Bungalow’s in the past and enjoyed this unit as well. It has everything we needed including a very new gas grill which was great for cooking burgers for the crew.

Worst vacation ever

Walked in first day toilet was broke and leaking upstairs and through the ceiling downstairs pool closed and busted up for new tile and right in front of my door all through out the property board walk being taken out and walked through 2 inches of dirt Could not even roll my suitcase through the dirt. Left early and need a refund

Super cozy! Super cute! Super easy access to the beach, Seaside, and pretty much anywhere you want to roam. We only used a golf cart our entire stay!! Fun!!

Great Location and Homey

This little bungalow is fantastic for up to six people. Great living area and kitchen. Comfy beds. Clean and nicely decorated. Our only challenge was the bathrooms are very small, so only one person can get ready at a time. But this was a minimal inconvenience. Really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning!

Definitely would recommend this place!

Check in was super easy! The house was very clean and just as pictured. The host was very easy to get in touch with and communicated back quickly. I had left something at the house and before I realized I left it, they were already contacting me to let me know I had left it. Definitely would recommend this place! The pool area and hot tub was nice as well. VERY close to the pool! The beach is about a 5-7 minute walk with 2 younger children. With the house, there was a wagon, sand umbrella, and sand toys to use!

Family vacation party of 5

The space was well laid out and perfect for our big family. The kids loved the bunk beds and soft blankets. We really appreciated the extra beach necessities like the umbrella, chairs, wagon and boogie boards. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all! It was the perfect distance to feel good with some exercise without feeling overwhelmed or exhausted carting the beach equipment with 3 kids. I liked that it was a quick drive or bike ride to Seaside but wasn't in the middle of all of the traffic. It felt quiet and peaceful. The pool was amazing! We purposefully made no plans so we could relax as a family. It was the perfect place and location to do exactly that!

Jake and The Coast Pro Team provided 1st-class customer service with excellent communication!- The place is cozy and clean and has all the amenities including chairs, toys, cart, etc) for my family and me. My only recommendation is to improve the internet service. I had to work for a couple of days, and the internet speeds were slow, and I had to use my hot spot. Otherwise, I highly recommend it, and we will look forward to our next stay!

Nice bungalow

The unit was clean and comfortable and had a nice pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach is not too bad and the public beach access is easy to get to. The beach cart, toys, and two chairs were a nice addition. Umbrella needs replacing. Kitchen has all the utensils and cookware needed but be prepared to bring things like salt, pepper, coffee filters, trash bags, etc. if you have heavy footed people in your party the upstairs shakes whenever they are moving around the unit. Publix was very close and convenient. Gas station and great casual Italian place (pizza!) within short walking distance. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

This listing caught my eye because it’s called Beach Getaway, and that’s exactly what our family needed, to get away from the cold of the midwest for spring break. The bungalow was beautiful, well-appointed, very clean, and gave us that cozy, “home” feel! We’ve never been to 30A, so we had a ton of fun exploring the area in each direction, and also spent plenty of time at the public beach which was a super short walk up the street, maybe 5 mins. The home has beach gear so you don’t need to bring a thing, there was even a soft cooler! The Bunglaows is situated towards the end of a no outlet street so not a lot of traffic or noise. My kiddos enjoyed the pool and we all loved the hot tub, perfect since the beginning of our week was unseasonably cool. So happy it warmed up! Beautiful home, beautiful area, and overall so peaceful and relaxing, we did not want to pack up and go home! We would without a doubt book here again! 😊

Girls trip

We always enjoy the trip to 30A, the bungalows are one of our favorite placss to stay. This bungalow met all our needs, was stocked with plenty of amenities and very clean. I'd add maybe some small.containers to the kitchen list. We wanted to take cut up fruit with us to the beach but had no small containers to do so, also maybe add salt and pepper to kitchen list! We were 3 days without wifi/internet due to the router being hit by storms. The team notified us of the inconvenience and did install one once they had one. The communication with the management was excellent but the inconvenience was a little mark on our trip. Overall, the home was perfect for our stay and the management very nice and helpful when we needed to ask questions or had concerns. Great trip for us!

Girls Trip

We love the Bungalows! We have stayed several times in different rentals because it is close to the beach, great pools, great setup for families and a nice price point. This one was very clean, had almost enough paper products (and had environmental friendly products) and start up items to make it through about 4 days. They also had comfy pillows and soft blankets on each bed and extras in the closet. Also they had a beach cart and extra beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards you could borrow. The game selection is what you see in the picture and the TV setup worked well to access your favorite movies or link with your devices. Only issues were that the shower in the bunk room drained slowly, which we didn’t call on, so cant say how maintenance would have been handled. But we dealt with it. And one of the bunk ladders needed a little repair. But otherwise, the bunks were very strong and safe. We had an awesome time and would go back again and again!

Very nice

Everything was wonderful. My only complaint is that we had young kids with us. The banister/ railing on the balcony off of the bunk bed room Is completely loose and broken. Thankfully, my husband is very safety conscious and checked all of that before he even let us in the house. We just couldn’t relax knowing it was like that. Everything was else was wonderful. House was clean. There were plenty of beach toys and beach chairs. Plenty of utensils and pots, pans and kitchen items. Fridge was new and everything seemed updated. The tv options were nice for our kids. The hot tub was also nice. The only other issue was that one of the owners who lived near hot tub let someone stay at their house with a dog and the dog would be in the yard area, by the fence. So if you tried to walk to your lounge chair or near the hot tub, the dog would bark at you. The woman did eventually put her dog inside when it Kept barking…because it wasn’t conducive to relaxing at the pool. She wasn’t an owner. I think a relative of an owner. Overall, five stars for this bungalow. We will be back again next year. We have stayed many times along 30a and this was one of our favorite bungalows so far.
