The gated high end Legacy Complex is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach in the Florida Panhandle, along the 'Beaches of South Walton' also known as the 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches'. Walton County has a great bike path along C-30A for family rides or jogging. Famous Seaside and WaterColor are to the west, approximately 1.5 miles, with Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach to the east. Destin and Panama City are a 25 min drive. The state parks at Grayton and Deerlake provide undeveloped pristine beaches with trails and nature at its best.

This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom unit is on the third floor with a breath taking view of the white sugar sandy beaches and emerald green waters. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 50' flat screen TV, private bathroom with an over sized tub and a double headed shower for two. The master bedroom with balcony over looks the Gulf of Mexico. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bedroom has a pair of bunk beds,one bunk having a full size at the bottom which can sleep a small adult or 2 children.The two guest bathrooms have been completely upgraded. Each bedroom has flat screen televisions. The livingroom has a 52' flat screen TV. The kitchen has stainless appliances,upgraded granite counter tops,a tiled backsplash and is completely supplied with dishes.It has travertine tile floors throughout the condo.It has a wetbar that is fully stocked with glasses and bar utensils. The unit has upgraded cable service with HBO,Showtime,Starz,The Movie Channel and wireless internet.

Beyond the golden sunshine and flaming sunsets, southern hospitality and quaint beachside charm, there is a wealth of fun and exciting activities all around the beach to enjoy.

Once you get your toes in the white sugar sand, you are hooked...arriving for a vacation and wanting to stay for a life time!

Why Devon Igou chose Beaches of South Walton

We loved everything about this condo.

The view of the beach is awesome....its all you see from the master bedroom and living area.

It almost feels like you are on the deck of a ship overlooking the ocean.

The condo is so roomy,the living areas are large and not cramped like a lot of other rental condos(2300sq ft).

The location is perfect.Restaurants including one of the areas premier restaurants are across the street.A seafood market is close by and if you ever run out of things a convenience store is right opposite.It is just so convenient ,close to everything the area has to offer and on the bike path as well.

Seaside is a mile and a half down the street with Alys Beach,Rosemary Beach and Grayton Beach 10 minutes away.The location was just perfect for us.

The area has a certain charm and ambience about it,we wanted a condo that would feel like home.......this one did so we bought it.

We hope you get the opportunity to enjoy it.

From the moment you arrive,you want to plan the next return trip to this very place.

This condo has the most important luxury....wall to wall ocean views.

Beyond that,easy beach access,a relaxing balcony and all the comforts of home including kitchen and bar supplies ,and comfy furniture and beds.

It will be tough to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to a return next year.

This place has everything you are looking for inside and out!

This was my second time to stay here and it's truly everything you need and more for the perfect beach experience....gorgeous views right on the beach, comfortable and spacious inside (we had 2 families of 4, so 8 people), stocked with everything you need, walking or biking distance with paths to everything from a convenience store/gas station, amazing restaurants, bike rentals, popsicles and special treats, and even a few souvenir stores. My 8 year old up to my 14 year old, love to ride bikes and there are plenty of paths for them to safely ride around and explore. We have stayed at many places along 30A and this is truly a favorite when we are with another family!

A taste of Heaven!!!

Stayed for 5 weeks and was still not ready to leave.Walked on the beach to Seaside everyday and this year for Feb. the weather was fantastic.No sweatshirt was required.

Beautiful,clean,spacious,well equipped condo.The nicest we have stayed at.Close to restaurants(Café Thirty A,Perfect Pig,Cowgirl Kitchen,Angelina"s.And of course Goatfeathers. We would buy huge take out steamed shrimp and eat on balcony with the best view and a bottle of wine.

The owner and manager was so easy to work with. You will not regret booking this place for a wonderful vacation.In fact I have already booked for next year!!!

Great time!

We had such a great time! We went for a girls tennis and beach getaway.Its a short bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. Condo is right on the beach. Very spacious and well decorated. We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo

Great location, condo in very good condition, beach access was perfect. Well decorated and functional. Only criticism is we could not get some TVs to work, and it wasn't HD quality. However, we weren't there for the TVs. Overall great experience, and would highly recommend to others.
