OUR CLOSET IS WELL STOCKED WITH 6 -8 BEACH CHAIRS AND 2 UMBRELLAS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
The gated high end Legacy Complex is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach in the Florida Panhandle, along the 'Beaches of South Walton' also known as the 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches'. Walton County has a great bike path along C-30A for family rides or jogging. Famous Seaside and WaterColor are to the west, approximately 1.5 miles, with Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach to the east. Destin and Panama City are a 25 min drive. The state parks at Grayton and Deerlake provide undeveloped pristine beaches with trails and nature at its best.
This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom unit is on the third floor with a breath taking view of the white sugar sandy beaches and emerald green waters. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 50' flat screen TV, private bathroom with an over sized tub and a double headed shower for two. The master bedroom with balcony over looks the Gulf of Mexico. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have KING size beds .The 4th bedroom could sleep up to 5 having a pair of bunk beds,one bunk having a full size at the bottom which can sleep a small adult or 2 children.The two guest bathrooms have been completely upgraded. Each bedroom has flat screen televisions. The livingroom has a 52' flat screen TV. The kitchen has stainless appliances,upgraded granite counter tops,a tiled backsplash and is completely supplied with dishes.It has travertine tile floors throughout the condo.It has a wetbar that is fully stocked with glasses and bar utensils. The unit has upgraded cable service with HBO,Showtime,Starz,The Movie Channel and wireless internet.
Beyond the golden sunshine and flaming sunsets, southern hospitality and quaint beachside charm, there is a wealth of fun and exciting activities all around the beach to enjoy.
Once you get your toes in the white sugar sand, you are hooked...arriving for a vacation and wanting to stay for a life time!

Why Devon Igou chose Santa Rosa Beach
We loved everything about this condo. The view of the beach is awesome....its all you see from the master bedroom and living area. It almost feels like you are on the deck of a ship overlooking the ocean. The condo is so roomy,the living areas are large and not cramped like a lot of other rental condos(2300sq ft). The location is perfect.Restaurants including one of the areas premier restaurants are across the street.A seafood market is close by and if you ever run out of things a convenience store is right opposite.It is just so convenient ,close to everything the area has to offer and on the bike path as well. Seaside is a mile and a half down the street with Alys Beach,Rosemary Beach and Grayton Beach 10 minutes away.The location was just perfect for us. The area has a certain charm and ambience about it,we wanted a condo that would feel like home.......this one did so we bought it. We hope you get the opportunity to enjoy it.

Location....Location......Location Oceanfront pool. Private Beach access. Expansive oceanfront 3rd floor balcony. Watching the sunrise and sunset. Listening to the sound of the ocean from our bedroom. Gated community. Great wet bar. Having cookouts on the grill while overlooking the ocean. Great location and beautiful view
Great location close to Seaside, restaurants, and grocery store. We loved the smaller condo complex (vs a big high rise). The beach is beautiful and the view from the condo is incredible. The beach was more crowded than i anticipated because the pubic access is right next door. The condo is very spacious and comfortable for larger parties. Cafe 30A across the street is a must try during your visit.
Beautiful condo with amazing views
We had a great week in Legacy 303. The condo is spacious and very nice. We really appreciated the extra beach chairs and umbrellas. The patio furniture was sturdy and comfortable. It was a great place for our family to celebrate the long holiday weekend. The only issues we had were with the cable in the living room kept glitching, and the washing machine kept giving an error message about uneven loads no matter how many clothes were in it or how we loaded it. Aside from that, the condo was great! We’d love to vacation there again.

Apologize about the cable but cable service interruptions are one of those issues that are beyond my control. Will evaluate the washing machine ....thanks for the feedback.

Addendum. Just returned from a weekend at the condo. The washing machine has definite issues and I am replacing it with a new one. The cable service seemed fine I did not experience any problems with it.
Great condo on 30A!!
We had a great stay at the Legacy condominiums unit 303 for fall break. We have stayed in Destin several times before for spring break in April but this was our first visit in October. We loved the unit, location and the visit was so much better than spring break. Warmer weather and less crowds.
Unit 303 was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essential items needed for cooking meals. The 4 bedrooms were very good sizes and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend possibly replacing the pillows in the units or bringing your own. We found the unit to be well maintained and very clean. We did notice that trash was left outside of the unit when we arrived but likely left by the cleaning crew. The condo itself is very spacious. Plenty of room for the 4 adults and 2 teenagers we had with us for the week. The view from the unit is amazing!! Wonderful sunset in the evenings and great dolphin watching at breakfast. The outdoor patio furniture was very comfortable and offers plenty of seating for enjoying the beautiful view.
The location on 30A was great! Very easy access to local and great restaurants. We highly recommend the Cowgirl Kitchen and the Marketside Cafe!
We would definitely recommend this particular unit to others and the complex itself.

The property is well maintained and equipped. We were able to start our vacation as soon as we opened the door. This trip was the one request my husband made for his 60th. Our family made wonderful memories together in the condo and on the beach. While a lot of our friends and family were watching the eclipse on land, we had the pleasure of watching it by the Gulf.
The view from the balcony made it very difficult to leave.
