Family friendly tropical oasis with large yard minutes from the Gulf beaches
Welcome to Tropicasa Hawaii! Where the Aloha State meets the Sunshine State! Come and stay in one of the coziest vacation rental property on Floridas Gulf Coast and live like a local. Our family friendly (and baby proofed!) home is ideally located near main attractions, such as award-winning beaches just minutes away, beautiful golf courses, a lively shopping & entertainment scene, and world class dining. Come enjoy the best our region has to offer!
The living area of the house is approximately 1,200 square feet, with just about 8,000 square feet of yard space. The house has 2 bedrooms (king in the master, full bed in the guest room), 2 separate living room spaces (with day bed that converts to a double bed) equipped with TVs with streaming capabilities, and 1 bathroom with a shower/tub. The kitchen is fully stocked & made for cooking - and you'll find just about everything you might need for a meal or if you wanted to bake (spices included).
*Chores and cleaning before you leave? Not here! No hassle checkout when it comes time to leave! We won't ask that you complete any chores upon leaving, because why should you do that on vacation?! We just ask that you're respectful of the space. We also cover 50% of the total cost of cleaning!*

My fiancé Kyle and I met in Honolulu, Hawaii over 10 years ago. I'm born & raised in Honolulu, and my husband was born and raised just down the street from our house, close to Indian Rocks Beach. We made the move from Hawaii to the Seminole area in 2018 to be closer to his family, and we ended up purchasing this house. We spent the last 4 years renovating and updating it to be our perfect, first family home. After the birth of our son in June of 2022, we decided we wanted to spend more time back in Hawaii to be closer to family and friends - and a place that is our 2nd home.

We purchased this home to be close to our family, as its the same neighborhood that my fiancé grew up in. Its a great neighborhood to raise a family in, while being very close to the beaches and only a short 30 minute drive into downtown St. Petersburg. We updated, renovated, and designed this home with the intention of being a home that we'd cherish for years to come.

The backyard is our favorite part of the house, and is we like to spend a lot of our time. We brought back many of the plants from Hawaii that are planted in our backyard!
