Turtle Point Villas vacation rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of space. Layout was good. Enjoyed watching the birds near and in the pond from the condo’s windows. The central location in the mid area of Kiawah made biking to either end easy and convenient for all the fun the island has to offer. We are not golfers, so I can’t attest to any of that, but did enjoy the bike trails, towers, the winter beach and birding. The management team were great communicators and were quick to respond to any needs. The beds were comfortable, but wish there had been more blankets.The condo could use better pots and pans and cutting boards. Despite those two items, the kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend 4925 Green Dolphin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house on Cypress Creek was just perfect for our family. We loved all of the living space, it was comfortable, sunny and plentiful. The basement area was a terrific staging area for shoes and beach equipment. The open floor plan was a fun way to cook and still interact with all of our guests. We would rent again next year without looking else where.

Have previously stayed in Turtle Point Villas & had another chance to spend 4 or 5 days - Great location - easily walkable or by bike to the beach - quiet, peaceful but surrounded by bike paths & also close to some very good golf — property right along #17 @ Turtle Point Dr-would think another stay will happen - only ask that bathroom soap dispensers are filled on any return visit

We really enjoyed our time at this property. We have been coming to Kiawah Island for a while and a lot of our previous rentals felt cramped on space. That was not the case with this property. All three rooms are the perfect size for our guests (my husband and I, my older mother, and our 11yo) and more. The common area was especially accommodating. We prepped most lunches and cooked most dinners at the condo and the kitchen worked out just fine for this. We also used the washer and dryer a few times (think ahead about to bring your own detergent though). The walk to the beach is about 6-8 minutes. We really enjoyed the walking and biking paths nearby and it was pleasant to be so close to the golf course and the hotel. We were bummed that the golf course was closed during our stay - which was our main draw to stay on the course - so we will have to come again soon and catch all the action.

Beautiful property!! So nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Everything is quality!!

We had a lovely’ stay!!!

Beautiful villa. Nicely decorated and spacious. The view of the lagoon and all the nature in it were amazing to watch. We saw a huge gator plus 3 more sized gators even a baby. The birds that hang at the lagoon were so amusing to watch every day. You also can sit on your porch and watch the golfers on the 18th hole. Sit on the beach from 11 until 4 pm is perfect. Then come back to the villa for dinner and lagoon watching until dark. Amazing Stay! Can't wait to come back to this villa.

This home was perfect for our 3 night stay in Kiawah! Well appointed, comfortable, quiet, great views over lagoon to 18th hole at Turtle Point GC. Location was excellent, near Sanctuary Resort, Osprey GC & beach. Our host was very helpful with great suggestions & tips. We will hopefully return again soon!
