Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two twins and two full baths can be found at Raspberry Lane Cottage. The house can be used year round with breathtaking views of Port Clyde Harbor and is just a short walk from the village where you'll find quaint shops, restaurants, art galleries and the famous Port Clyde General Store and Dip Net Restaurant on the dock. The Monhegan Boat Line can be found next door to the Genral Store for a trip to magical Monhegan Island. Raspberry Lane is fully furnished with all basic necessities and includes wifi, cable tv and telephone. Loved it

We had a lovely week at this adorable home. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The abundance of Windows and light allowed us to take in the breath taking views that the house is surrounded by.

Very nice. Family enjoyed the view and facilities. When cottage is at capacity, a second shower would be handy!! Would recommend to others.

Customer very good; description accurate; property clean and well maintained. Notebook with info about the area very helpful.

Problems here, Owners slow to respond

  • 1 of 5

This property was not ready for our vacation rental. We had a water leak, that took a bedroom out of service for several days. Found nails in yard. Gas grill did not work upon arrival, carpets had "waves" in them, a window was duct taped together, but falling apart. No "smooth bottom" fry pan for a smooth top stove. Doors did not shut, including a bathroom (very uncomfortable). Some lights were burnt out, some did not exist. A bedroom door had a passage set installed backwards (that would lock you in the room...big safety issue). Stairways did not have balusters another safety issue. BUT... The big issue was when the owner's rep. was contacted; she did not return ANY called on a timely basis... thus NO WAY to get things fixed. CAN NOT RECOMMEND IN ANY WAY... NOT A "PERFECT MAINE" AT ALL.... Will never come back.
