The house had a wonderful layout with plenty of room. The backyard was so relaxing. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Hope to go back someday for another stay. Very helpful owner.
The property in Cotuit, Mass. was just where we wanted to be. The house is large, carpeted (great for little girls who have no room in their own home to run around), very comfortable and with easy access to our favorite beach. There seemed to be a little legacy from one group to the next in the food, cups, coffee, and other comestibles left in the pantry. We were happy to have them and left some of our own for the next group. The yard and deck were well maintained and we used them when it wasn't too hot. The grill had us fooled for a while but we eventually recognized our mistake and it worked fine. It could use a thorough cleaning. And we would have liked a full size broom so we could have cleaned the deck a little more thoroughly. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms very clean and well appointed, so all in all, an excellent house to rent in a great spot that we knew and liked and very near the beaches of Cotuit. Even got to see one Cotuit Ketteleers baseball game with the new stands. I would certainly recommend the property to friends heading to the Cape for a week or two.

Immaculate house that was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful deck and patio furniture. Very comfortable mattresses. Fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs was great! Close proximity to Cotuit Center. On a main street but house is far off the road and could not hear traffic from the house. Beach pass and central air conditioning were a plus!! Great home....you'll enjoy your vacation here for sure!!
Our family just returned from our second trip to the Cape and second stay at 844 Putnam Avenue. Had a wonderful time and the house was just as we remembered it last year. Spacious, great natural light, beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained! Conveniently located... minutes to the beach for swimming ( parking pass included ! ), to Lowell Park to watch baseball games and to Stop n Shop a grocery store. Thanks Linda for having us again.
What can I say, this home is a home away from home. Rented this home as a gift to myself for my 60th birthday, so that I could enjoy time with my son, his wife and two little ones and a few friends. Never did we ever feel we were crowded, amply room for everyone. The two and a half bathrooms made it all that more comfortable, my granddaughter thought the half bathroom was just right for her(she's 3). Loops beach is like 3 mins away by car best beach if you have little ones, don't forget your beach pass the town is strict about that. Wish it had a dvd player, my granddaughter brought our favorite movie and we couldn't watch it. My son had to go back home for work for a couple half days, so he grabbed his and brought it up then everyone was happy. Everyone loved the house the minute they walked in said you did good grandma once again finding a wonderful house to enjoy time together. Everything on one level was wonderful for us old folks. House has central air, heavenly. Who knows we just might have to go back again some day.
We have rented many homes on the Cape and this is one of the nicest. Very clean and comfortable. It is obvious that a lot of tender, loving care has been put into this home. The central air conditioning was so nice to have. The house is extremely well stocked not only in the kitchen but with nice extras such as beach chairs, cooler, etc. Only features that are missing are an outside shower and covered area to store bikes. Bathrooms are updated and very clean so we did not miss the outdoor shower and a tarp took care of the bikes. Sheets and towels are provided and are good quality. Washer and dryer are also provided. Located on a fairly busy street but across from a nature area with great trails to walk/run/mountain bike. A fresh water pond is located in the nature area also. Short drive to various beaches and boat ramp. Closet beach is Ropes Beach and is perfect for launching kayaks. Parking pass for the beaches comes with the house which is awesome. Cape Cod baseball league is right down the street. Very convenient to shops. Linda was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Very responsive to all of our questions. She gave great recommendations for dining, beaches, etc. We were very comfortable in this lovely home and would definitely rent it again.

The National Seashore is a Cape treasure. Well worth the 45 minute drive. The crashing waves of the beach, the natural dunes, protected wildlife..it's all there for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Continue on down the road to Provincetown. At the very tip of Cape Cod, P'town boasts spectacular views, great shopping and food. Often referred to as 'little New York', this town is nothing short of entertaining! Take a whale watch cruise while you're there. There's nothing like seeing these most beautiful creatures, dinosaurs of the sea, up close. Watch them feed on plentiful plankton, learn to recognize a whale surfacing, take loads of photos to mark the memories.
