Wow! The house is such a nice open floor plan with so much natural light, it is very pretty and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are updated and spacious, kitchen is open and large and has everything cooking wise you would need. The landscaping and outdoor shower are very nice too. Cotuit is a small quiet area but is close to everything-- grocery store is super close in one direction, the beach is the other direction and very close, and the baseball team plays right down the road and is such a beautiful spot and fun place to visit. If you wanted to go to a larger town it is an easy drive. The house is on a road that gets some traffic (not in a neighborhood), but the house sits far back from the road and the backyard/deck/fire pit are so nice, I never had to worry about our toddlers getting near the road. Linda was very helpful and I HIGHLY recommend staying here. I hope to come back someday! Thank you!

Owner's Response: Dear Lindsay, Thank you for sharing your experience with me. I couldn't be more warmed than to hear you had an enjoyable, comfortable, and satisfying vacation at my home in Cotuit. It is my greatest hope that the efforts I put into this home will be found by my guests to be welcoming and special. I desire to have everyone who visits us to LOVE Cape Cod and find it NECESSARY to their lives to always return. It's one of the most beautiful places in our country and my own life. It thrills me that you will return to our little spit of land and hopefully to us at Putnam Ave. Blessings to you and your family, Linda
