The kitchen is an amazing gourmet space with unique granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you'll need to heat up leftovers from a meal out or make a home-cooked meal from scratch. The two lower bedrooms are special, in that they are only accessible from the main floor via an outdoor staircase. These two rooms are great for teens, older kids, or anyone who wants their own, secluded space away from the rest of the house. Both of these lower level bedrooms have two twin beds each, and their own bathrooms. This Kings Beach vacation home is also dog-friendly for one dog with a nightly fee.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Of the many properties I've stayed at in the Tahoe area, this is one of the few that I can laud as being truly a "home away from home." From the moment we saw the clearly carved wood "Seven Pines" sign outside the property, we knew this was our kind of place. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable, the decor is modern and yet full of character and charm. The kitchen has all the necessities a cook could wish for-- a fabulous range and refrigerator, blender, waffle maker, etc-- we only regret that we weren't able to try out the margarita machine!
The kids loved playing with snow outdoors, and we adults appreciated that patio was surrounded by the U shaped portion of the main living area of the house, allowing us to keep an eye on the tykes while we cooked or worked indoors. The layout, with two of the bedrooms being downstairs with separate access and removed from the main living area was not a problem for us, as the upstairs bedrooms sufficed for our smaller group.
My family stayed at this cabin for a couple nights. It was super cozy and had a nice big kitchen. The only bummer about the place is that two of the rooms have a separate entrance but that didn't seem to bother the ones who stayed down there. The backyard is perfect for sledding with the little ones.
Our family and friends had so much fun. The house is beautiful. Waking up to Lake Tahoe's spectacular view is unforgettable. The house is just a short walk away from the beach. We went there winter and we couldn't help but wonder how beautiful this place is gonna be during summer. Something to consider on our next summer getaway. Thanks for the memories.
Stayed in this house for a weekend with a bunch of my dear friends. Fantastic, big and comfortable living/dining/kitchen areas. This common space is bigger than I expected from the photos, and has a view of the lake through the trees.
The upstairs bedrooms are great, the two little ones downstairs are smaller and somewhat less comfortable, but still decent. Note that the temperature downstairs is controlled by the second (hallway) thermostat UPSTAIRS.
The house also has a great patio, BBQ, outdoor fireplace, and in general very well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We had a dinner party, and were delighted to have enough plates, glasses, and the two dishwashers.
Recommend! Would stay here again!
