Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We loved the house and location. It was very comfortable and close to the beach and boardwalk. We were terribly disappointed when we were woken up at 7:00 a.m. by heavy equipment down the street. Jackhammers awoke us. Then at 9:00, several workers showed up at the actual house we were staying in and began setting up equipment on the porch where we were enjoying morning coffee. They brought in ladders, wires, electric saws, lumber, paint, and more construction equipment onto the property. We went indoors, then they began to tear apart the roofline with loud saws and hammers. Our son was in from New York, still asleep before this onslaught of loud noise began. It was such a drag. My sister came to visit for brunch on the porch, and it was all ruined. It took hours for Vacasa to take care of it, then they decided on a rudimentary amount of money to reimburse us for our trouble. No discussion at all. We would have had an outstanding experience if Vacasa would have done a better job timing its construction and showing that they actually cared for us as a family in their rental.
Great location. Walking distance to beach, park, dining, trail along the beach. We will be back and rent here again. The patio is one of the best features of this unit!! It is so nice, large and a great place to unwind after a day out. Garage is a nice feature too to store surf boards, bikes, etc. too small for our car, but great storage for beach toys!
I would recommend the property if it weren't aunt infested which I know was a problem at beaches but when I pay $900+ for two nights I don't want ants
