Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We spent 5 days - 4 nights with my parents (4 adults). It is literally on the beach! I would say that the place is cozy, but it quite small. I guess if you are planning to spend time outside on the beach, it does not matter.
great staff, very accommodating and friendly. previous guests left the place a disaster..by the time it was done up for us you could not tell they had been there. Ana is a wonderful host, whatever you need she'll help make it happen.
My family of 4 just spent 4 days at the Dolphin Walk beach house. The location couldn't have been better!! We woke up late on our first morning and saw many people walking toward the beach with yoga mats. My 17 year old daughter and I grabbed beach towels and followed them to the park by the beach which was about 4 houses away. It was a great way to start the day. We went to yoga another day as well. The beginning of the boardwalk was 4 houses away. My husband ran about 5 miles on it every morning and we took many walks on it too. I spent every morning drinking coffee on the patio and we walked the beach every day. My 14 year old son had a great time playing at the beach. We truly enjoyed watching all the surfers that were there. The street was quiet but it was a close walk to the restaurants of Pacific Beach. Our favorite place to walk to after sunset was the Baked Bear. It is a made to order ice cream sandwich shop. You pick your cookies, ice cream and toppings. Delicious!! We cooked a couple of meals in the house and the house was equipped with everything that we needed. The house also has a Margaritaville blender which made delicious drinks!
Just off the beginning of the board walk and next to the yoga park - great location. The streets need to be fixed - if I paid that much in taxes I would let them know that the streets are in a horrible condition - 4 wheel drive rough!
This little cottage was super cute and the location was great. Everything was very clean and the property manager was very kind and helpful. Check in and out was very easy. Always love visiting San Diego!
