Good Location

Nice, clean, quiet location with easy access to the beach and less than a mile from a free parking lot for downtown.

Great location but Disappointing

We booked this location with plans to bring our Cavapoo, but changed our minds. Good decision. Location was great, and everything we needed was provided. But the patio and kitchen windows faced the living room windows faced the street, so we didn’t have the blinds up much. Found dog hair on everything, including bedspread and sheets. See pic of ?? on the bottom sheet. Found clean sheets in closet and changed them, left bedspread off. Notified manager. They sent people to clean while we were out the next day. On return, still dog hair on couch and pillows. We booked for 3 nights, stayed only 2. They did refund the cleaning fee. I suggest they find a new cleaning service as this was unacceptable.

Great short stay

Great condo, clean and had everything needed. Pool, hot tub and exercise room were excellent. Proximity to beach was good with nice walking trails to lake.

Beautiful spot with great view

Perfect for one or two people who want to be out of town but only a short trip into town. The condo development is very tastefully done. Quiet area and nice view looking out of the living and dining area. Biking both north and south of the area is wonderful. Manistee hasn’t been “found out” yet.

Wonderful for a quick getaway weekend!

Had a wonderful trip. Location and cute town. Only negative was getting turned around in the village at first but everything else was easy going from there! We hope to come back soon!

Perfect location. Condo smaller than listing pics. Beds are right next to each other. Lock out on AC 72 degrees. Overall nice stay.

Nice getaway

The accommodations were good. Bed, not great. Tv didn’t work until the manager came & fixed it. But it was shortly before we left. Probably won’t do this one again.

Perfect location!

Great studio with full kitchen for a quick weekend stay! Perfect for the 3 of us! I was MOST impressed with how CLEAN the studio was and it smelled great. (I’m very particular about this and I’ve found most places aren’t as thorough, so thank you!) great location to the 5th street beach and some of our favorite hiking spots! The only downside we found was the gnats (common issue all around) and the tv remote doesn’t work well. Multiple important buttons don’t work at all. Otherwise would definitely stay here again for a quick trip! Thank you!

blustery Winter weekend

Nice little studio, spotless clean in a very good location. It's a little bigger than a hotel room. The kitchen is plenty big though. I loved the fireplace and the view. Glad I could bring my four legged bestie. Manistee is a great little town, a little sleepy in the midst of Winter. I came for the surrounding ski trails and was not disappointed> will be back.

Great location. Close to beach and downtown Manistee. Harbor Village is a nice place to stay.

This 1 bedroom condo is a nice size for 3 people. Pull-out couch is not very comfortable, but it worked for 1 child. The condo is outdated with décor, towels, and bedding, but it had everything we needed. We would stay here again. It's nice to be able to rent for 3 nights versus a full week. It was nice sitting on the deck in the morning with our coffee and watching Man Made Lake. Very quiet location and close to the pool.

Just what we needed!

We've been working from home and we were looking to experience a bit of nature...forest bathing. Loved the location and the area. Walking distance to the beach, great view of the dunes, and friendly neighbors during our stay. Clean and well maintained condo. Ground landscaping is also well maintained and it was a pleasure to walk around the common areas. Kitchen was well equipped. Cute patio with chairs to sit and have your morning coffee.

We'll be back!

Our stay at Harbor Point was fabulous! This studio was small but efficiently set up. The kitchen was functional and fully stocked. The murphy bed was actually comfortable (and we both have back issues). The location was extremely convenient. From dishwaher detergent to cleaning supplies, this condo had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. We will be back!

Sweet Simple Studio

This little studio met all of our needs! I stayed with my friend and my small dog, and it was the perfect home base for our weekend adventures. The studio was just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a less than 5-minute drive to downtown Manistee. We enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and the digital guidebook provided helped us decide what to do during our stay (we recommend going to Arcadia for hiking!). The bed was extremely firm (and I prefer firm mattresses), so we would recommend bringing a memory foam pad or something else to make it a bit more comfortable, but everything else was great! Definitely recommend for a short stay like ours.
