Location, location, location! Steps to the Beach!!! Kamaole Beach Club is located in Kihei, on Maui's sunny southern coast, offering perfect views of Molokini Crater and the islands of Lanai and Kaho'olawe. Kihei is a wonderful place to stay because of its central location to the many sights and attractions on Maui. Kamaole Beach Club is located right in the center of Kihei, within walking distance of a variety of beaches, restaurants and shops. With the ABC store right next door and a natural foods market nearby, you'd never have to get in your car if you didn't want to!
Our unique property is directly across the street from Kamaole Beach I. It's literally just steps from your front door until you reach the spectacular, soft, sandy beach. Kamaole Beach I boasts generally mild surf, and perfect conditions for swimming and boogie boarding. It's just the first in a string of idyllic beaches that are some of the best on the island - and all are within walking distance of the condo! Because they are state parks, they're much less crowded than beaches with sprawling resorts lined up side-by-side that you'll find in other locations around Maui. Maui Dive Magazine recognizes Kamaole Beach 1 as having some of the best snorkeling on Maui. You can snorkel at two rock outcroppings at either end of the beach, where sea turtles are frequently spotted. During one of our vacations, we were thrilled when a monk seal decided to spend a day and a half on Kam I beach - it is one of our favorite memories of Maui. We've also spotted a family of rays, lots of whales and their babies, and many, many sea turtles while relaxing on the soft sand, soaking up the rays of sunshine. The rocks provide great tide pools that are fun to explore at low tide, and lifeguards are on duty seven days a week at Kam I Beach.
Our two-story, corner unit is located in a smaller sized, low-rise complex that is surrounded by tropical gardens. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms the condo sleeps up to six, including the queen size sofa bed in the living room. If ocean views are what you are looking for - this is the place for you! Our condo has walls of windows in every room, and every window offers an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean - including the bedrooms! This is not one of those look-alike 1980’s style condos that you see everywhere else - we’ve created a casual but elegant island-style atmosphere we know you’ll love.
Dine in or eat out? It's a tough choice! With a fully equipped kitchen and new stainless steel gas BBQ's on property, it's fun and easy to prepare a meal and enjoy a cocktail, while watching the sunset from one of your two lanais (patios). Or, choose to take a short stroll to one of the many restaurants Kihei has to offer. A nice thing about Kihei is that there are world-class restaurants offering gourmet cuisine, as well as many casual, moderately priced eateries - all within walking distance.

Why the Owner Chose Kamaole Beach Club
As it says in the heading: "Location! Location! Location!" Not only is Kamaole Beach Club located just across the street from beautiful Kamaole Beach I, it's a short walk to Kamaole Beaches II and III as well. And, all three are postcard-perfect, beautiful beaches that offer mild surf, great snorkelling and the safety of lifeguards. The complex is also centrally located in Kihei, so a variety of restaurants and shops are also within easy walking distance. Our condo is the largest of the 37 units at Kamaole Beach Club, and the only one that offers panoramic ocean views in the complex. We love Kamaole Beach Club because it's not some huge, impersonal concrete box. It's small compared to most complexes - very charming and beautifully landscaped. The condo itself is much larger than most vacation rentals. With approx. 1,033 sq. feet of living space, there is plenty of room for the whole family! If you are vacationing with kids, the location and amenities are ideal. There are lots of shops to explore that are within walking distance, and a bus stop is nearby, making it very easy for older kids to venture out on their own. If you have young ones, it's so nice to have such a short walk back from the beach to the condo when it's time for an afternoon nap, lunch, or a dip in the pool. The location and features of this condo make it perfect for couples and families alike.

Aloha! We're the new owners of C-106 at Kamaole Beach Club. We've been looking for a long time for the perfect place to call home during our retirement years. After vacationing on Maui many times, (and house-hunting every trip we made to the island)we finally found the PERFECT place. This is the only place that we found that meets all our criteria - the most important being proximity to the beach, and sweeping ocean views. Until we're ready for retirement, we are excited to be able to share our home with others so they may experience Maui's feeling of "Aloha". The former owner worked hard to make this a great place for vacationers to stay, and we plan to continue what she started. It is our sincere hope that our home will be a place where your happiest vacation memories are made. Our success, we know, is measured by renters who return year after year, and those who enthusiastically recommend our condo to friends and family once they've vacationed here.
