Location, location, location! Kamaole Beach Club is located in Kihei on Maui's sunny southern coast with perfect views of Molokini Crater and the islands of Lanai and Kaho'olawe. Kihei is a wonderful place to stay because of it’s central location to the many sights and attractions on Maui. And the condo is located right in the center of Kihei, within walking distance of a variety of beaches, restaurants and shops. With an ABC store right next door and a natural foods market nearby, you'd never have to get in your can if you didn't want to!
Our unique property is directly across the street from Kamaole Beach One, which offers a spectacular white sand beach and boasts generally mild surf, perfect for swimming and boogie boarding. Kamaole Beach One is the first in a string of idyllic beaches that are some of the best on the island. And because they are state parks, you'll find them less crowded than beaches with several resorts side-by-side. Maui Dive Magazine recognizes Kamaole as having some of the best snorkeling on Maui! You can snorkel at two rock outcroppings at either end of the beach, where sea turtles are often spotted. Or just sit on the soft silky sand and relax in the warm sun! The rocks also provide fun tide pools to explore at low tide. A lifeguard is on duty seven days a week.
This two-story corner unit is located in a small, low-rise complex surrounded by tropical gardens. Only 60 units make it an intimate setting. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms the condo sleeps up to six, including the sofa bed in the living room. With many large windows, panaramic ocean views are seen from every room, including the bedrooms. Decorated with original tropical artwork we've collected from around the Pacific and designed by a professional interior designer, it sets itself apart from the look-alike 1980’s style condos you’ll see everywhere else. We’ve created a casual but elegant "Island Style" atmosphere we know you’ll love.
Dine in or eat out? With a fully equipped kitchen and new stainless steel gas BBQ's, you may decide to prepare a meal and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset from one of your two lanais (patios). Or, choose to take a short stroll to one of the many restaurants Kihei has to offer. A nice thing about Kihei is that there are world-class restaurants offering gourmet cuisine, as well as, many casual, moderately priced eateries.

Why the Owner Chose Kamaole Beach Club
As it says in my heading: "Location! Location! Location!" Not only is Kamaole Beach Club located just across the street from beautiful Kamaole Beach I, it's a short walk to Kamaole Beaches II and II as well. They're all postcard perfect beautiful beaches that offer mild surf, great snorkelling and the safety of lifeguards. The complex is also centrally located in Kihei, so a variety of restaurants and shops are also within easy walking distance. Our condo is the largest of the 37 units in Kamaole Beach Club and boasts ocean views from every wincows in every room. It's a lot of fun to chat with your neighbors and barbecue dinner as you watch the sun set over Molokini Crater, Koolhawe and Lanaii. We also love Kamaole Beach Club because it's not some huge, impersonal concrete box. It's small, charming and beautifully landscaped.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
"Unique" is a good word to describe our condo. It's not your generic Hawaii condo with rattan furniture and tropical prints. Kelly and I had a lot of fun finding unusual pieces for our condo...like a table made out of chopsticks and a Japanese kitchen cabinet used for linen storage. Beautiful and interesting artwork adorns the walls. A fun story is the "famous" wallpaper in the master bedroom. A friend gave me the roll of wallpaper which turned out to be very famous vintage wallpaper from the Beverly Hills Hotel. My daughter even studied about it in a class at UCLA interior design department. We've also assembled a collection of books about Hawaii for you to enjoy reading while you're there. Because the unit was decorated and equipped to be comfortable for my family, I'm sure your family will find it comfortable as well.

You're truly staying in a "home away from home" when you rent my condo. In the photo you see me with my daughter, son-in-law and two of my grandchildren. I also have another daughter who has two children, plus two sons. Our family grew up in the islands. We lived on the island of Saipan in the Northern Marianas Islands for almost 6 years. We often visited Maui for holidays and family reunions. When we saw Kamaole Beach Club we fell in love with it because of it's intimate, "ohana" feeling and the incredible location. (Kelly and Nick just happened to be on their honeymoon on Maui when the real estate agent called me about the place!) We're all water people who love the ocean and diving. I told my real estate agent I had to be able to walk out my front door and snorkel. Our condo certainly meets this requirement. I have several nice snorkelling locations within walking distance of the condo. The unit is also personalized because my daughter and I decorated it from top to bottom. There are even a couple of pictures painted by my kids when they were little. Our family welcomes you to our beloved second home.
