Enjoy this charming cottage located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood two miles east of Julian's historic township. Our vacation home sits on a spacious, corner lot that has a circular driveway and many mature oak, pine, and cedar trees.
The interior of Cathleen's Country Cottage includes new hardwood flooring throughout the bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room areas. Many of the cottage's original 1924 windows overlook our fruit tree orchard. It is attractively furnished with new, comfortable pieces that include a queen-size bed in the bedroom, two full-size sleeping futons in the living room, and new dining furniture in the country style. We provide firewood for the living room's wood-burning stove. Our cheerful kitchen is equipped with dishes, flatware, and cooking ware. This cottage has electric heating in each living area and ceiling fans. We provide wireless Internet service and satellite television.
This vacation home has large, secure kennels for outdoor pets. Pets may stay with prior approval of the owner.
There is plenty of private parking on the property that includes space for recreational vehicles.
You can use the roomy front deck for outside dining, barbecuing, star-gazing, bird-watching, and waving to friendly neighbors who are taking their daily strolls or riding their bicycles. Our trees house many birds, and capture the sounds of beautiful, mountain breezes. You may be visited by our animal neighbors that include turkeys, raccoons, deer, bobcats, and foxes.
This is a great getaway cottage where you can relax and feel that you are really on vacation!
