This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse villa is located in the Heart of Palmetto Dunes overlooking the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, where you can watch or take golf lessons daily, hit range balls or putt around freely. Just a five minute walk from the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, you can enjoy a free hour of tennis daily and a free tennis exhibition every Monday. Frequently you can participate in local tournaments and the pros offer a daily clinic for everyone. You easily can walk or bike ride to the beach on paved paths. Palmetto Dunes has an easily accessible, relaxing 11 mile lagoon for canoeing, kayaking or fishing. Palmetto Dunes Outfitters is just a 5 minute walk away where you can affordably rent bikes, arrange kayaking trips in the 11 miles of waterway throughout Palmetto Dunes, take surf lessons and even sign up for fishing trips and dolphin watches. You can walk from the villa to a fishing area, so bring your pole.
The villa is completely remodeled and contains everything one would need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation but also includes free WiFi for those needing to stay in touch. The villa has modern amenities such as a 55" LED SMART tv in the family room, tv's in each bedroom, granite kitchen countertops, a new BBQ grill and ceiling fans upstairs. The villa comfortably sleeps 8.
The master bedroom located downstairs has a king bed, huge closets, a 32" flat screen TV and a private bath. The master bedroom also has sliding glass door accessing the spacious deck, which overlooks the Trent Jones Golf Course.
The guest bedrooms are both upstairs and share a bathroom. The first guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, a flat screen TV and DVD. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and also has a TV with DVD. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious, so you won't feel on top of one another. The carpet upstairs is berber and professionally cleaned yearly. Downstairs is all tile floors.
All bedrooms and the living area have a beautiful view of a large old oak tree and the golf course. The villa has a beautiful back yard where children can roam freely without worry, night or day while grown ups can stay inside or on the deck. The yard is perfect for hide and seek, manhunt, wiffleball, skateboarding on the golf cart parking area, or hitting range balls. There is a sand trap and putting green just outside the back door you can use for free.
The gourmet kitchen will entice you to cook on vacation. The dining area has a large table to comfortably seat 6 hungry guests, but on warm evenings, you may prefer eating outdoors on the spacious and scenic deck, conveniently situated off the living area with a large dining table comfortably seating 6, a table umbrella, a heater for cooler evenings and a new BBQ grill, all in the shade of a large oak tree. Inside, the spacious living area has all tile floors with area rugs, comfortable furnishings and a great view of the Trent Jones Golf Course. The room has a 55" LED TV, DVD, VCR and stereo with surround and is decorated with artwork from a local artist. The living area has a sliding glass door for easy access to the deck.
The villa has access to 5 free pools. The closest pool is just 30 steps off the deck. The driving range is even closer. The golf course club house is a 3 minute walk down a paved path and the tennis courts are just 2 minutes further. It takes only 7 minutes to walk to the beach, taking paved paths the whole way. You may decide to ride bikes to the beach or call the Dunes Buggy for a free ride. You and your children will love the easy access to the General Store, next to the clubhouse, where you may choose to eat lunch on the viranda. Near there, you also can rent bikes. Palmetto Dunes boasts bike paths throughout the community.
For golf lovers, Palmetto Dunes has three nationally acclaimed courses, one of which was voted the top in South Carolina in 2009. You can enjoy a free golf exhibition every Monday. Golf Pro Doug Weaver is available for golf lessons if you need a few tips. Junior clinics are affordable. The 10th hole on the course is one of the only 2 oceanfront holes on the island, with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The free "Dunes Buggy" shuttle service runs March through September and easily transports you directly from your doorstep to the beach, grocery store, or Shelter Cove, where you will find local festivals, shopping, dining and other entertainment. Enjoy the Harbor Fest in Shelter Cove during the summer season every Tuesday night. Great for entertaining kids!! Everybody loves the fireworks display!!
On rainy days, try the outlet mall or world class spa within walking distance at the Marriott.

What a great beach! Who can surpass the golf, tennis, boating and restaurants Hilton Head offers? If you crave a historical setting, both Charleston and Savannah are about an hour away, an easy day trip. Airports are convenient. People are friendly. No trip to Hilton Head would be complete without a visit to the outlet malls.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our family outgrew 1 hotel room and cringed at the price of paying for 2. We found many condos in the area to be "hit or miss" with dated furnishings and decided to create one in our own taste for ourselves and others to enjoy in a spacious setting convenient to amenities. Although Hilton Head boasts many delicious restaurants, sometimes a family and friends gathering at home is more memorable, particularly on the setting of our back deck. We have an active family and Palmetto Dunes has everything for us to enjoy from a relaxing day on the beach to surfing, kayaking, biking, golfing, enjoying free tennis and walking on trails. Winter snowbirds tend to love the location and amenities of our villa.

Famous 11 mile lagoon through Palmetto Dunes, fun for paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking and watching wildlife. You can fish here too.
The grocery store is close enough you can even get a free ride from the Dunes Buggy Shuttle service if you don't have your car available.
grab lunch or cocktails at the ocean here. In May and June you will see lots of brides and grooms tying the knot here because of the gorgeous view.
Kids will love the walk to the "candy store" and you will love the convenience of a breakfast sandwich, coffee, newspaper or all the items you tote to the beach like sunscreen, visors, boogie boards and towels.
Bike or ride the free Dunes Buggy Shuttle Service (a/k/a a van) to the marina to view the yachts or to eat and be entertained. Free firework display is held every Tuesday evening in the summer.

We just got back from a long weekend at your place. The property was well appointed. Quiet spot overlooking the golf course. Enjoyed grilling steaks on the deck and watching the squirrels give chase. Easy walk to the beach with only one road to cross. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well including my two grandsons I think they slept on the top bunk one night and the bottom the next. Of course since it was New Years eve it was all about football and your living area is great for TV viewing with your Smart TV and comfortable seating. We are looking forward to staying here again. Thanks for a great stay.

We had wonderful vacation in this condo in Hilton Head. It is kept in great shape. We enjoyed almost everything that Hilton Head has to offer: Beach, ocean, swimming pool, golf, biking, fishing, Lighthouse, food, jogging, etc I am sure we will come back

We loved this condo! It's peaceful and private, yet seconds from everything. We stepped off the back porch for golf and the pool, took a Dunes Buggy ride to the beach. Rented a sailboat on the beach and kayaked. Everyone we met was eager to make our stay enjoyable. The property is really clean, lots of amenities in the condo I didn't expect! Beautifully decorated with lots of room!

This villa is everything that it was advertised to be- beautiful, spacious, and convieniently located to driving range, tennis courts and pool! The beach was easily accessible by bike, car, and free resort transportation. Our family of 7 enjoyed swimming, beach combing, fishing, biking, golfing and hanging out on the beautiful deck and spacious backyard. We particularly enjoyed the restaurants and shops at Shelter Cove which is an easy bike ride from the villa. (The Shannon Tanner show for kids was delightful and free!) The villa is well maintained and equipped with every comfort of home. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this villa to anyone and look forward to future family vacations at Hilton Head Island!

Dear Jane, We had a wonderful stay at HHI. We are so glad we found your VRBO! The villa is in the perfect location for fun and relaxation. My husband enjoyed going out in the evening to the green in the backyard putting or diving a few stray golf balls. The kids loved that one of the pools were a few short steps away from the back porch. I loved your home decor. We all enjoyed the beach that was just a very short bike ride away.
