"BROWN YOUR BUNS" is one of only two homes in the new Greenway Park neighborhood and is located only steps from the community pool complex. “BROWN YOUR BUNS” is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach Florida between Destin and Panama City Beach about 3 miles from famous Seaside. Perfect for big or multi-family vacations.
We really wanted to create something at Seagrove that was truly special that families could use to create those wonderful memories at the beach that we love so much.
Our philosophy is that some of the best times at the beach come from multiple families sharing a house together. Whether with friends or family, there is just something magical about a big crowd eating, sleeping, and being beach bums together for a week.
You can enjoy a full week of relaxation where the hardest decision is which bathing suit to wear or which seafood restaurant do we try next. You'll soon discover that this little stretch of beach town has its own culture with its own rhythm and vibe. From the sunrise coffee walks on the beach to the late night strolls through the shops at Seaside, it is pure stress therapy.
Unique Features:
• Handicap accessible home, wheelchair ramp from the parking area. The handicap master bedroom on main floor is very spacious and includes a handicap bathroom with a wheelchair accessible shower.
• Elevator so everyone can enjoy the views from the top floors
• Loft overlooking the living room and pool with full wet bar and flat screen TV.
• 6 porches – 3 overlook the pool and 3 face the beach. One of the 2nd floor master bedrooms has its own screened porch with French doors overlooking the pool.
• Seating for 24 at meal time….no need to eat in shifts, and we added double convection ovens in the kitchen so the cooks can eat with the crew.
• The bunk room features air hockey and a Wii game system.
• 1+ mile scenic walking trail around the entire neighborhood
• Pet friendly….we know you hate to leave them back home.
• 1200+ sq foot community pool with bath house, gas grill, and large picnic area only 20 feet from the back door. There is a fee for heating pool.
Sleeping Arrangements (21 in beds and 2 on the queen sofa sleeper):
• Ground floor sleeps 4 – The handicap accessible master bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a private bath. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper that sleeps 2.
• The 2nd floor sleeps 7 – There are 2 master bedrooms with full Jacuzzi baths and jetted showers, 1 with a King and the other with a Queen sized bed. There is also a wet-bar loft on the 2nd floor also overlooking the pool with a secluded nook that has a bunk futon that sleeps 3. There is also a full bath in the nook area.
• The 3rd floor sleeps 12 – There are 3 bunk beds with a twin mattress on top, pillow-top full mattress on the bottom and two with twin trundles underneath. Tucked over the stairwell is the coolest hideaway nook bed. You have to climb over the bunk bed to get into it….. I’ll bet you have kids fighting over who gets to sleep in it. There are 2 separate full bathrooms on the 3rd floor.
Brown Your Buns is located just off Highway 30-A just west of Eastern Lake and only a short walk to the beach or lake.

My family just hosted the wedding of my niece at this home and it was the perfect place for our large group. The kids were thrilled with their room and we could not have asked for a more lovely accommodating house for our guests! These owners thought of everything and the only thing you need to bring is yourself and your groceries! We plan to make it an annual event now!

Sixteen of us (10 adults and 6 kids) recently spent a week in this lovely home. It was a family vacation as well as my fiances and I wedding. We were married on july 4th right at the association pool. The area is like a little piece of paradise. We had only gone to the beach twice the whole week because we just loved relaxing by the pool. We made dinner every night in the fully equipped kitchen as well as the outdoor grill area. Feeding all of us and then some was so simple since there was so much room. We played cards in the dining area with seats 16. I can't say enough great things about this wonderful home. We were all together but plenty of places to go to get away for some quiet time. I would go back again in a heartbeat!

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Brown your Buns and it was amazing!!! It is such a beautiful house with gorgeous landscaping...perfect for a wedding and/or vacation! We had family stay in the house, which made it super convenient for the cermeony/reception! Everyone was very impressed with the layout of the house, how spaceous it is, and how great everything turned out!

We stayed at Brown Your Buns for a dual-purpose week: my children’s Spring Break and my wedding! We originally intended to have both the wedding and reception in the pool area; it is both big and elegant enough, but we moved the ceremony to a very close beach access – Bramble Grove Place, and had a dinner reception at Bud and Alley’s in Seaside. This house is so close to both that it worked out perfect! We had the after party at the pool area with dancing under the beautiful pergola, and that was also perfect – allowing for some beautiful photos! Fortunately, this is the only house in the neighborhood, so it turned out that our late reception didn’t bother anyone, and the heated pool and surrounding area was private to us all week! The house is absolutely fabulous! We had plenty of room for everyone that stayed the week with us (6 adults and 5 children), and weren’t crowded when that grew to 20 people on the wedding night! The kids had as much fun inside as they did out – the upstairs bunk room allowed them all to play together long after we had tired of the sun. We prepared most of the meals in that week, and the fully stocked kitchen and outside grill area allowed us to have some great, memorable meals together. All of the water and outdoor toys that you’ve provided – floats, boogie boards, bikes – kept us from renting and driving everywhere. We’ve decided that we must have the same washer and dryer! It was so nice to come home with clean laundry from a weeklong vacation! We put a family together and made some unforgettable memories at your wonderful home, and couldn’t be more thankful!

My family and I stayed at this delightful house in late August 2009. The house is everything you could ask for. It is beautifully decorated, very spacious and very well supplied. Having the pool, the gazebo, bikes and all the other amenities just completed our wonderful time. We loved it!

Our family had a wonderful time at your beach house! The pool was a huge hit and I had a hard time getting anyone to the beach. My Mom just loved the handicap accessible ramp and bathroom and since my parents are in their 80's they loved the elevator and screened in porch. The house was big enough for the entire family and we loved the big tables for our family meals. You have a lovely home and it is a great place to stay!!!

We had our daughter's wedding under the poolside pergola on May 2, 2009 & it was perfect! This is a beautiful location & allowed us a more formal setting than the beach. Plenty of room for the buffet dinner, bar, tables & more than 80 guests without being crowded. The week was relaxing, fun, & a special treat for the bride, groom, family, & friends that came from every part of the USA. We could not have been happier with this location!

Our 3 families (6 adults/9 kids)spent our Spring Break at "Brown Your Buns" and had a truly wonderful vacation. The pictures don't do this house justice! Not only is it in a beautiful location and has the most awesome pool ever, but it is also spacious, clean and a high quality home. We enjoyed the poolside barbecue and lanai, and the loft and bunk room in the house were great for our kids. They also went crabbing in the lake and had as much fun doing that as riding the waves in the Gulf. We have rented many homes in Florida, but this was, by far, the best!

Wow! A week later and the memories are still fresh and bringing joy and laughter. What a wonderful place to share with friends and family and to celebrate a surprise BIG 50th Birthday. Room for all and yet still space for privacy. The kitchen beat all, our meals were prepared with no trouble and we had a crowd to feed! The pool, the atmosphere, our time in, out and around the home was awesome. The beach was excellent too. Thanks to you for sharing such a wonderful gift.
