Welcome to this beautiful, modern condo in the heart of Downtown San Diego! This two bed, two baths, fully furnished corner unit features 180-degree views of the city and the bay. Enjoy city lights to the north, San Diego Bay and Harbor Island to the west, and Coronado Island and the Pacific Ocean to the south - all within the comfort of your home. Recently renovated, this loft-style condo boasts 10-foot ceilings, sleek leather seating in the living room, coupled with a 50" flat panel TV equipped with digital cable, DVR, and a DVD player. The kitchen has everything you may need and features stainless steel appliances and terrazzo counter tops. Enjoy the views while you prepare your culinary masterpiece! Both bedrooms contain in-suite bathrooms, 32" flat panel televisions, cable and DVD, iPod/iPhone docking stations with built-in speakers and alarm clocks, and plenty of closet space. One bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a French balcony, and a bath with both a shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a bathroom (also accessible from the entryway in the condo) with an all-glass shower, and a workspace. A second balcony with seating, a small table, and a gas grill allow you to soak up some California sunshine while enjoying the sights and sounds of San Diego. The condo also has Wi-Fi, a land line phone for local calls, and two private parking spaces in a secure area within the building for your use - a rarity in the downtown area! Laundry facilities are located between the entryway and kitchen. There is an aerospace-style bed available as well to sleep an additional two adults for parties of more than four.

This stunning home is located in the trendy, upscale downtown borough of Little Italy, a quaint yet vibrant neighborhood filled with award-winning restaurants, shopping, wine bars, antique stores, and one-of-a-kind home decor shops and art boutiques. Enjoy the numerous festivals just a couple blocks away, including the weekly Saturday morning farmer's market. Little Italy is filled with many delicious Italian restaurants and markets; however, kabobs, crepes, sushi, Mexican and American fare are also aplenty here. Extraordinary Desserts, a popular place to go for unique treats, is just around the corner from your front door!

If you choose to venture out of Little Italy and explore the rest of downtown, it is easy to do on foot. Walk to Seaport Village (a waterfront restaurant and shopping spot), Horton Plaza (a vibrant mall located in the heart of downtown which offers stores for everyone), and the San Diego Convention and Civic Centers. The Embarcadero is just a few blocks west and is a seaside promenade where you can take a nice stroll, tour an aircraft carrier (the USS Midway), or take a short ferry ride to Coronado Island (Coronado has a beautiful public golf course with views and is home to Coronado Beach - frequently rated as the #1 beach in the United States). SeaWorld and scenic La Jolla are just a 15 minute drive from the condo; beautiful Balboa Park, which houses many museums, and Old Town San Diego, with it's many historical buildings, shops, and excellent Mexican cuisine (even a registered haunted house - spooky!) are both only a 5 minute drive. LEGOLAND is 30 minutes north in beautiful Carlsbad. If you are up for a day trip, head up the coast a couple hours to Disneyland or Knott’s Berry Farm in Orange County, or take the ferry out to beautiful Catalina Island. Drive inland an hour to explore the wineries of Temecula, or 2 1/2 hours east and you will find yourself in Palm Springs! There is so much to do in San Diego and Southern California - the possibilities are endless.

This place truly matches the pictures provided here: very spacious, tons of natural light, and very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of four with two tween-age kids. Location is awesome, too, right at the lower edge of Little Italy makes walking in for dinner a snap, and two nights we even walked to/from GasLight with no problem at all, too. Easy walk to the Midway and Coronado ferry, too. Of course there's a place to park your car which makes driving to/from the apartment very easy, too. We've done quite a few AirBnB-style stays for our family vacations, and this place rates up there as one of the best. Thanks!

Our family had a great stay here. The location was great! We walked to restaurants in Little Italy and Gaslamp as well as the Midway museum. The property had everything we needed including a great, sunny, comfortable living room. There was plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen seemed to be fully equipped. Parking was easy and secure. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in San Diego.

You cannot complain about this location or view. Very clean and the kitchen was sufficient for cooking in. Great for four people and quiet. I would stay there again.

My family had a great time staying downtown. We were in town to visit family and wanted to try a vacation rental to reduce the burden on local family - it was a very nice experience. The unit was well maintained and in a good location. It's downtown, on the edge of the Little Italy neighborhood and a short walk from trolley, train and the water. My only complaint is that this is a condo complex with some younger residents, so it can get a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. Otherwise, a great place to stay and a very good value.

The appartment is very very nice! The furnitures are very modern. The beds are really comfortable and I liked especially the ice machine (I don't have one at home). ***miss it now*** There is a greate view out of the windows. You can easily walk to the city within 10 minutes. There are also 2 slots for cars available in the garage (makes it easy to park your car ;-) Thanks a lot for this great time...

I was a little hesitant about Little Italy, I contacted this Management company on another condo that wasn’t available. I fell in love with the area, its safe, clean and full of wonderful attractions. The condo was immaculate and I felt at home. I can recommend this condo and the area.

Property was 100% as described. Great central location and convenient to trolley line as well as walking to downtown locations. Many GREAT resturants within 3 blocks. Property management folks were a joy to deal with and responsive to questions. They even offered to take us to the airport for our trip home. The property was well maintained and the secure parking spaces were a great plus. If we go back to San Diego again in 2010 this will be our first choice.
