This home offers a lot of privacy. After a beautiful 2.7 mile drive from downtown Highlands, you will enter our driveway along a small apple orchard. The whole drive up, staring at one of the best views of Black Rock in the area.
It is not rare to see bears, deer, turkey or fox. Enjoying the sight of the clouds beginning their drape over the Black Rock face is truly something. Depending upon the time of year, these clouds may bring snow or a windy chill. Regardless, the view from inside the family room is conveniently located next to the wood-burning fireplace to keep warm and cozy.
The open floor plan allows those who cook, to enjoy the view while socializing with friends and family in the dining area or family area. The furniture "oozes" comfort.
There are 3 bedroom upstairs in a split-floor plan just off the living area and kitchen. The downstairs offers a full bedroom and full bath, just off the very large "Bunk Style" basement.
