Situated near Mission Bay and just a few minutes to Sea World, Pacific Ocean, MCRD, Golf, Downtown San Diego, Fashion Valley Shopping Center, San Diego Zoo and public transportation by our local trolley. Also nearby are Temecula Wine Country tours (over 30 winerys with options to ride the wine country trails by horseback, hot air balloon rides, jeep trails or self guided tours), Legoland and the Wild Animal Park.
Our Upscale walk-up (no lift) Penthouse condo can be Google Mapped at 1124 #5 Fresno Street, San Diego, 92110 and has two bedrooms (one king and one queen setup), two bathrooms, patio deck area, gas fireplace, complimentary high speed wireless Internet access, fully equipped kitchen, coffee grinder, coffee maker, propane BBQ, blender, spices, gas stove range, microwave, side by side refrigerator, air conditioning, blu-ray dvd player, record player with over 50 old time records, 47” flat screen TV with DirectTV multi channel premium cable selections (including Disney). Additional amenities include washer and dryer, hair dryers and iron/ironing board. Also you will find beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, toys and a playmate cooler available for beach use. Please remember this is a smoke-free property inside the unit.
What You Need to Know:
There are no room charges for children who occupy the same room as their parents or guardians, using our pack and play or existing bedding.
Credit card, PayPal or check deposit is required when making a reservation with full payment within 45 days of arrival.
Minimum responsible person check-in age is: 21 (house parties not allowed)
Check-in time starts at: 3 PM
Check-out time is: 11 AM
Departure cleaning fee: $50 (with condo being left neat)

Everything the listing describes about this property is totally accurate. There was four people in our party and we were not disappointed at all! It was very clean and well taken care of too. The location was perfect for us and close to everything! When we booked the unit, Richard the owner was very quick to respond to our questions. This was a wonderful place to stay and we would love to come back here again in the future. We loved this property. The location was wonderful. The inside was warm, inviting and had everything we needed. We felt at home as soon as we walked in and during the whole stay. Fashion Valley Mall is down the road, as is SeaWorld. The property was clean and tidy. The internet was fast and worked great. The owner was readily available and so helpful, driving me to the car hire place and offering rides. I will recommend this property to family, friends & all our followers at travelwithbender.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We came to San Diego for two weeks to be with our daughter, we has started her exchange year at Univ. of San Diego. We couldn´t have made a better choice, than coming to the Sea House Penthouse. It was very well located, not only to USD, but also to Mission Beach, the Beaches, Old Town, Mission Valley, etc. But what we really liked, that we felt like at home basically from the moment, that we entered the house. We were greeted with fruits, flowers and wine. The kitchen was very complete, even with things for breakfast (jam, butter, cereals, etc.), spices, sauces, etc. This made things so much easier. And the bedrooms were extremely nice, large and comfortable, haven´t slept better for a long time (also thanks to the ceiling fan in the master bedroom). There were also beach towels, a cooling box, sun umbrella, all very useful, when you have to come by plane from Europe, and cannot carry a lot of weight. We spent large periods of time on the terrace, with or without barbecue, or in the spacious living room, checking some e-mails or reading the newspaper. All very comfortable and pleasant ! The infos, which Richard had prepared for the visits to Old Town, La Jolla, Gaslamp Quarter, etc. proved very helpful and we followed many of his good advices. So we can fully recommend the Sea World Penthouse, with the risk, that it will always be booked out, and we won´t be able to find it available, when we want to come back to San Diego.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here and it was just perfect for our family's mini-vacation. The condo was spacious, bright, hip, and clean. We felt very comfortable when setttling in and it was more like our home away from home. The location was also a big factor for us as we had several things planned that week -- beach, concert, Legoland, etc, so we wanted to be somewhere with easy access to freeway and shopping. Oh and make sure you pack lightly, there are 3 flights of stairs to climb! Overall, our experience was superb and we definitly recommend this condo. My family and I absolutely loved this beautiful home. The balcony and the enclosed porch were awesome for the beautiful San Diego evenings. We were even able to see the fireworks display each night. The home is wonderfully equipped with most everything you can imagine needing while away from home. I recommend staying here if you are in the area.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Everything was perfect, from the clean, comfortable beds to the central location. Minutes from Sea world, Mission Beach, Old Town, Balboa Park and the Zoo, and all easy to get there from this great location. The neighborhood is quiet and parking was plentiful. Awesome views from the deck. Really appreciated the cooler and beach chairs, and our granddaughter loved the the toys and chalk board. We are really happy we chose this place. Great location! Great location! Great location! Short distance to everything. We walked to the tram station from the condo for a short tram ride to Old Town San Diego where there's great food, entertainment and shopping. The penthouse met all our needs. Very comfortable and spacious. Great to have washer & dryer in the townhouse. Richard was wonderful & easy to work with. The biggest bonus is watching Sea World's fireworks show every night. It was as clear as day! Highly recommend if you want to be close to all attractions!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This place was great. Very clean and updated. We had 3 adults and 2 small children. Location is wonderful. The owners provided us with everything we needed for our toddlers. We plan on returning in 2014 to run the SD marathon. Only thing you need to be aware of is the steep hill you have to park on and the 3rd story climb of stairs to get to the place. It wasn't a problem for our family but it may for others.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My wife and stayed with our 11 year old granddaughter and found this to be a perfect accommodation for our San Diego trip. The condo is everything advertised and we were delighted to find that it met all of our expectations. Within walking distance you will find a great Japaneese restaurant and a YMCA that honors YMCA memberships from around the country at no cost for up to 14 days! Only caution about the property would be ability to climb two flights of stairs to get to it. Photos are accurate. Thanks Richard for a great vacation rental experience. We couldn't have picked a better condo for us. It was super comfortable, quiet neighborhood, great beds, and a killer view. We enjoyed watching the fireworks of Sea World each night from the comfort of the condo. It had all the amenities we needed, we would definately stay there again When parking at night on the hill definitely TURN your wheels towards the curb, even thought it was included in my info packet, I must have missed it and it cost me a $65 parking ticket My wife LOVED that we were literally a mile away from Fashion Valley Mall....it scared me to deathRecommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
