My Friend's House is a four bedroom, three bath home located in the serene community of Cassine Village. Our home is situated on a corner lot with a wooded view and is the perfect location for a relaxing vacation. With two beach accesses, the pristine white sand beaches of Florida's Emerald Coast are a short stroll away, and are uncrowded year-round.
My Friend's House has 1800 square feet and is large enough for two families to share. You'll enjoy one of the two community pools right around the corner and a nature trail across the street with its lovely gardens, picnic area, and fishing pond.
Bike trails and sidewalks provide easy access to the famous communities of Seaside and Watercolor. Grayton Beach, Point Washington State Forest, Santa Rosa Golf Club, and the Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Course are also minutes away.
The home is beautifully furnished with comfortable and graceful furnishings. We have hand selected each piece of furniture and bedding to make our home the most comfortable family destination along 30-A. We've stocked the kitchen with wonderful cookware and lots of extras (including our favorite recipes) so you can prepare a gourmet meal at home. If you prefer dining out, there are wonderful suggestions in our vacation guide. We have several favorites along 30-A from fine dining to casual fare.

We had a great time at My Friend's House! Even with 6 adults and a child, we had plenty of space and were very comfortable. It's located in a very nice community and is less than a minute walk to 2 great pools. You can also walk to the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked with needed supplies and everything was very clean.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
