4 bedrooms (one with a fireplace) , 4 bathrooms (2 full 2 half), vast living room, formal dining room (with fireplace), chef worthy kitchen, manly den (with fireplace), full service laundry room, butler's pantry, and sitting area/landings. The Master Suite offers walk-in closets, a generous bathroom with his and her amenities, and its own, private, sun porch.
Exceptional construction, design and furnishings makes this home a showcase stunner. The one acre, carefully manicured, property is private and a luxurious haven with the 16 x 44, salt water, gunite lap pool lavishly adorned with lounge chairs, wide umbrellas and inordinately comfortable cushions. A great place to relax and watch the boats bob in the Harbor. There is a lazy bench which runs down the entire length of one side of the pool. Steps from the pool is an outdoor shower and a completely refinished basement/studio/playroom with a bathroom.

The house is gorgeous. It's spacious, light filled and comfortable. The kitchen is pretty good. We were in the pool every day and lounging on the comfortable lounge chairs. I biked to town every morning. And of course Montauk is great, and still low key. This was one of our best family trips and in large part because of the comfortable home.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.
