The Mediterranean style Villas of Seagrove are located on popular Hwy 30-A, in charming Seagrove Beach.
The gated property consists of three four-story buildings with two units per floor. To the rear is the Port Washington National Park with miles of walking and biking trails.
Approximately one mile to the west, enjoy the shopping, dining and activities of Seaside and Watercolors. To the east, you'll find Eastern Lake, golf, and Rosemary Beach.
Easily accessible dedicated beach access takes you to the white sands of the gulf where chairs and umbrellas are available for rent if desired.
Bring your bike or conveniently rent and enjoy miles of bike paths along 30-A.
Decorated with casual elegance in mind, enjoy one of the few four bedroom units located on the third floor, with great views of the ocean and pool.
A staircase or elevator delivers your to your door from the gated parking area. A welcoming foyer opens to bedroom one with a queen bed and private bath and closet. Bedroom two has twin beds, TV, closet and a tropical flair.
Bedroom three has a full size bed and a twin bed with a trundle, TV, closet, and opens to a hall bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, his and hers vanities, jetted tub and a large walk-in closet.
The living and dining areas are tiled and overly spacious. During the winter, enjoy the gas log fireplace, and by summer, enjoy the large balcony overlooking the gulf and pool.
The layout is perfect for family gatherings or entertaining. A TV, with DVD and VCR, and sound system provide entertainment for those stay-at-home nights.
Come enjoy the feeling and size of a house with all of the conveniences of condo living.
