This unique and contemporary cottage sleeps up to 14 comfortably in five queen-size beds, a queen convertible sofa, and full futon. Enjoy the wooded dune-side setting with private, wooded back yard from a multi-level deck with hot tub. The garage doubles as a game room and includes foos ball and ping pong tables. Boaters and fisherman can use a public boat ramp just two and a half miles to the south. A bike/running path that connects Grand Haven and Holland passes within a couple hundred yards of the cottage. Enjoy Kirk Parks 68 acres of trails, picnic sites, and 1000 feet of sugary white beach (with NO stairs to beach) less than half a mile to the north. Sunsets are free! 2 car passes will be provided for Kirk Park access with each rental agreement.
