Our 2002 built, private, lower level condo is close to everything. Your patio overlooks the Black River and you can fish off the dock.
Our condominium is a single level riverfront walk-out with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The view is 'exactly' as stated. We challenge you to ask questions to ensure you are getting exactly what you are looking for!
The living room has a DVD/CD player and Cable TV. The patio off the living room and Master bedroom is right on the Black River. Watch the boats go by while enjoying refreshments. The Master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and slider's to a patio with a great view of the River. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have Cable TV. The condo has a full kitchen with all the amenities. There is also a washer and dryer in the utility room.
Our vacation home is within 2 1/2 blocks of the beach, steps to the pool, 3 blocks from the park and 4 blocks to town. Two bicycles are available in the garage with room for more; so you can leave the car parked if you wish.
