The Property is on the 5th floor of a well-maintained building set back from the street in a courtyard that is very quiet. This holiday rental apartment is right in the heart of the sought-after Carré d’Or quarter, and the Pedestrian Zone with its shops, cafes and restaurants can be found just one street down. The famous Promenade des Anglais is a mere five minutes’ walk away and it takes ten minutes on foot to reach the bustling Old Town. The Train station is also a ten minute walk. There is a two person lift, we do not think it will fit an unfolded pushchair or wheelchair. If you're feeling energetic and revived from your stay and decide to walk the stairs it will take 100 steps to reach the apartment floor.

The living area is classically designed, but with a modern twist. Beautifully decorated in warm tones with lots of natural light and high ceilings, giving this living space a very relaxing and open feel. There is a two-seater sofa accompanied by two cosy armchairs. Entertainment is provided from a 50" LCD TV (with French and some English channels), and fiber optic Wi-Fi that is easily accessed from anywhere in the apartment. The dining table offers plenty of space for four diners if you can resist the temptation of Nice’s great restaurants. Air conditioning is the living/dining area only.

With cream kitchen units and a golden marble effect worktop along with complementary tiling, the kitchen is very stylish as well as practical. There is plenty of room to prep and cook all the fresh food from the famous Cours Saleya market which is a 10 minute walk away. Built into the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, three ring electric hob and oven. There is a large fridge-freezer. Next to the kitchen is a handy utility room with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The apartment has all of the conveniences of home, whether you are here for 3 days or 3 weeks.

The two bedrooms are similar in size and both have ceiling fans to keep you cool in the summer months. They also benefit from large French windows leading out onto small Juliette balconies. Elegantly decorated with touches of charcoal grey, the master bedroom has a king size bed (queen sized for American standards) with a luxury headboard. The bed is framed by bedside tables with his and hers reading lamps, and there is also a fitted wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a large stand alone wardrobe for storing all your belongings. All of the beds come with Egyptian 400 Thread Boutique Quality Cotton Percale Linen.

The bathroom is fully tiled. There is a large shower enclosure with glass shower screen, a large wash basin and a WC.
