Hillside Haven 1/1 - For those who love hiking, the outdoors, and Western NC!
Escape to this delightful house in picturesque Franklin. This is the same house as Hllside Haven 3/2 but without access to the lower level except the laundry room. About a 7 minute drive to town, 5 minutes to the Bartram Trail, 7- 15 to the AT depending on where you go to access it! Siler & Wayah Balds are nearby. Old downtown Franklin features restaurants, antique stores, museums, book store, outdoor recreation store and other shops!!! The Little Tennessee River Greenway is FABULOUS for days when you don't want a wooded hike but so picturesque with pedestrian bridges over the river and varying meadows & gardens- perfect for a flatter ground walk or run! Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Highlands, Lake Chatuge, and so much more are easy day trips to enjoy! You'll enjoy a large, well equipped kitchen,a deck overlooking the hollow below and hills beyond, large bedroom, walk-in closet, and bath with two sinks. Friendly neighborhood but just enough space around you on the acre sized lot for privacy. Easy access with loop driveway.
