Fully remodeled in 2015, Palms D2 features luxury finishes like granite countertops and new flooring throughout the common areas and bedroom. Beautifully decorated with new furnishings, the one bedroom, two bathroom unit comfortably sleeps six thanks to two built-in hallway bunks and a queen sleeper in the living room. Part of the pristine Palms development, D2 is on the beach side of the highway, around 50 steps to the community pool and the beach access.
The walk to the sand is so quick, we seldom bother with a cooler--it's easy enough to just walk back to the unit to refresh our drinks! The two full baths make it easy for the whole family to shower and dress for a wonderful dinner out at one of the world-class restaurants nearby. If dining in is what you prefer, the fully remodeled kitchen (featuring new cabinets, all new stainless appliances and granite countertops) is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. The dining area features seating for six, as well. Our ground level patio makes zipping back and forth to the beach or pool even easier, and provides a place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while listening to the waves crash.
Our unit is equipped with four beach chairs for our guests to enjoy--one less thing to bring from home! Additional beach equipment--including kayaks and paddle boards--are available for rent from the service conveniently located at the end of our boardwalk.

Why the Owner Chose Seagrove Beach, FL, USA:
We purchased this property in 2014 because we love the upscale, family friendly environment of 30A/The Beaches of South Walton. Our permanent residence is less than two hours away, so we're able to visit the property ourselves on occasion and make sure it's in top shape for our guests. We chose The Palms at Seagrove because it was wonderfully located just over a mile east of popular Seaside, but removed from the traffic congestion that comes with that popularity. We frequently walk to Seaside for a meal or after-dinner treat, and biking makes it even quicker.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The Palms is a smaller development, which means the beachfront is less crowded than in some places--plenty of room to let the children run, or find a quiet spot to enjoy a book. It's also very convenient to grocery shopping (just 1.7 miles to Publix and Watercolor Crossings) for stocking up on things for your stay.
