Sand Bar was updated with new furnishings, flooring and new carpeting throughout most of the house. This 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom house with private pool and hot tub is 220 yards away from the beach access. The community pool and tennis court are across the street and access to dozens of local shops are a convenient walk away.
Enjoy beautiful, private views of the trees and wildlife from all the decks, screened porch and pool area. Our house is situated with private views, but the beach access is a straight walk from the house. The pool area lawn and flower beds are professionally landscaped and maintained and the pool area has 6 lounge & 7 regular chairs. Along with a table in the covered area, your whole group can relax by the pool together!!
The house has decking on all levels and you can enjoy views of the pond from the hammock swing, private 8 person hot tub or from the deck. The great room is furnished with updated furniture and flooring and 32" LCD tv. There is plenty of room for dining in the kitchen area or open the sliding glass doors for larger entertaining that adjoins with the large table from the screened porch. The fully stocked kitchen has Corian countertops, appliances and even a separate ice maker.
There are 2 King MBRs each with TV and DVD. Each room has deck access and are furnished with new comfortable beds. The Queen MBR is located on the first level and has access to the pool area, offers a private sauna, wet bar with ice maker and LCD TV. The additional bedrooms provide a room with 2 bunk bed sets with a tv with VCR, and a room with 2 single beds, tv with VCR and access to a private deck. In addition, the house has plenty of books and games, equipped with a high chair, port a crib and you can bring your laptop and enjoy free wireless internet.
Relax in comfort while enjoying views of the community ponds, many trees and beautiful Outer Banks surroundings. Your family will find something for everyone all in a convenient location to the beach, pool, tennis and shopping!!
The 2009 prices listed include sheets and bath towels, bed making upon arrival and all cleaning fees.
( However, a pet fee will be added if you elect to bring your dog during your stay).

The location is perfect for walking to the beach and shoppes. The beaches in Crown Point have life guards and are private so they remain uncrowded in the peak summer season.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The pool area has over 8 lounge and 6 regular chairs, so there is plenty of room for everyone. The beach is uncrowded and we always have fun collecting crabs and riding the waves in the summer. Since our home does not have face any houses in the back of our property, we enjoy the private iviews from the decks and pool area. We provide all sheets, and bath towels during your stay without any additional cost to our renters.
