Fifteen acres of lush landscape offers four tennis courts, a huge swimming pool with two jacuzzi spa's (one is "hot" while the other one is "extra hot"!), a kiddies splash pool, fully equipped work-out/exercise room, ping pong, barbecue areas, fountains, waterfalls, and beautiful gardens with tropical trees and flowers.
Your condo is only a short stroll across the street to one of the top rated beaches on Maui -- Kamaole Sands III -- where you can swim in the warm ocean, snorkel with brightly colored tropical fish or watch a beautiful Hawaii sunset without having to get into your car and drive! There are shops and restaurants within walking distance to the resort if you don't want to cook or to buy clothes or souvenirs.
Maui offers many fun activities with its great golf courses, fabulous restaurants, and fun shopping. Watch the wonderful sunsets, check out the underwater wildlife at the aquarium or just over the road in the ocean and during the winter month's come to sunny Maui and sit on the beach and watch humpback whales frolic off-shore or catch a tan.
Nearby Wailea, just five minutes away is renowned for its ideal golf weather, typically sunny with gentle breezes. The Gold, Emerald and Blue golf courses boast breathtaking ocean views from every hole and are rated amongst the best in the country by Golf Magazine and Golf Digest.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We want your stay to be wonderful so we keep our units upgraded and well maintained.
Our condo is one of the few that is on one level with no loft (no stairs) to the master.
Easy Beach access just across the street (there are no condos on the other side of the road, just Kamaole III Beach Park).
Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

We had a wonderful time in Maui and love the Kam Sands complex. Everything is nearby and the pool, grounds and bbqs are super well looked after. We had all the room we needed in your condo and really appreciated the tasteful furnishings, comfortable beds, quiet location and air conditioning. With activity packed days it's nice to be able to get a good night's sleep. Dealing with Una for the reservations was a breeze and any questions were answered promptly. Although we'd already been to Kihei last year and figured stuff out on our own - the information package provided is great for first-timers. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Mahalo for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed your condo. It has been kept fairly well and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking. I spoke to your maintenance guy while we were there regarding a burnt out element on your stove and he had it fixed right away. The ants were not a problem for us. The location was fantastic. We very much enjoyed our vacation.

I am glad that you didn't have a problem with the ants although we do keep a product called Terro in the unit which is the only thing that I have found in five years of owning a condo in tropical Maui, that gets rid of them overnight! Our management company runs the front desk and they have maintenance and cleaning staff on the property so they can take care of any issues quickly which we appreciate, so thank you for letting them know about the stove. Thank you also for booking with us - we hope to have you stay with us again in the not too distant future.

My 2 friends and Herbert enjoyed staying in your condo! comfortable mattresses,well stocked kitchen,patio, and location corner-unit on the 3rd floor --facing east--and receiving the nice tradewinds.Our living GOD provided sunny weather and has given us a very memorable time in paradise on truly sunny MAUII !!! My 2friends ,senior citizens, from Poland ,dealing with some health issues ,were very glad being able to make the trip! thanks again---MERRY CHRISTMAS

Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time in Maui and the condo was great. Perfect location and it had everything we needed. Hopefully we will be able to visit again in the not too distant future - 4 days just whetted out appetites. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable - best bed I've slept in away from home. Thanks for helping make our first stay in Maui very enjoyable.

We arrived Feb.9 and found the check in quick and pleasant. The condo was what we expected,(as a gourmet cook not all the requirements were present) but most of the essentials were there. The location was good, our third trip to Maui, to see sunsets, mountains and some ocean activity. As there were 4 of us in the party the unit easily satisfied our needs. If we have a similar party next year, we expect at least one additional week, we would not hesitate to rebook the same unit again. Now if you could only do something about the weather we returned to in British Columbia?

I just wanted to send a note to say thanks for the lovely accommodations. The location and surroundings were perfect for my mom and I to get around and enjoy just relaxing. The condo was so quiet and peaceful - we really enjoyed having breakfast on the Lanai every morning. I appreciated you information packets and generous hospitality you showed prior to our arrival.

We're home and back to cold Pennsylvania. We had a wonderful time and thanks for helping to make our dream vacation a reality. You unit was lovely and just like home. We found it comfortable and think Kihei is the perfect location and hat is why we recommended it to our daughter and son in law. We knew they would be in good hands with you and you are so kind, honest and easy to work with. Also, your 2 bedroom unit was soooo nice that I knew they would love the 1 bedroom place too. I'm sure we will be back and we definitely will stay with you again. It definitely is the best spot on the island.
