NO SMOKING Villa Tahoe 2BR,1Bath Condo, 900 Sq. Ft. The single level unit is a newly refurbished 2nd floor end unit (next to parking) with lots of privacy and quiet. Queen bed in master bedroom (with memory foam top), two twin beds in 2nd bedroom, Queen Lazy Boy sofa bed in living room with built in inflatable air mattress on top of the regular mattress - the ultimate sleeper! Newly installed cozy wood burning stove. Maximum occupancy is six people.
Bathroom has full tub/shower combo and lots of counter space. Cable TV in each bedroom and living room, DVD/VCR, High Speed Wireless Internet Connection, fully equipped kitchen (including coffee maker, spices, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, etc) and games for the kids. Condo overlooks the newly refurbished gated swimming pool and picnic area. Clean linens and towels are included and each bedroom has over-sized closets. Coin operated laundry room on site for personal use.
The condominium complex backs up to a forest area - great for morning walks. This is our home away from home and is kept clean and decorated for your enjoyment. This is a NO-SMOKING and NO PETS condo and deposit will be forfeited if this rule is not adhered to. Guests may smoke outside on the balcony.

We were a little nervous renting from a private owner over the internet--when we arrived, we didn't even start carrying our luggage up until we checked it out. We opened the door, and said "WOW!" It is a very nice, well maintained second home. It was nicer than a lot of three star hotels that I have stayed at, plus there is a full kitchen. I gave it a 5 star rating because it is clean, well-maintained, and has everything that you need for a great vacation get away. The location was great for our purposes(skiing). It is located midway between the town and the mountain, just off of ski run blvd. The room has a reserved parking spot that is right next to the stairs to get to the room. The kitchen was great and saved us a fortune on food-it even has a spice rack for cooking. We can't wait to come back next year!

I stayed with my Dad, God Daughter, Brother, Sister and her Husband ! I had a great time picking up Gigantic 8" Pine Cones with my Sister and she make presents for friends with them ! We went to IHOP for excellent Breakfast ! They even gave us bottomless glasses of OJ ! My Brother really enjoyed that ! Where ever you would look the scenery was breathtaking ! ! ! This is truly Heavenly ! Now I know even more that JESUS LOVES US after seeing some more of His master pieces ! ! !
