Check our calendar below for rental dates at The Dunes of Seagrove a beachfront condominium complex located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The pool is 7,500 square feet, and has a hot tub. There is a work-out facility with a steam room and sauna along with soft tennis court.
Our unit is 1,150 sq ft with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 king & 1 queen bed, with top of the line pillowtop matresses). There are three TV's with DVD & VCR players (one in the livingroom and one in each bedroom). There is a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom for additional guest. It has a huge covered balcony that over looks the pool and the gulf where you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets.
We are located within 100 yards of Deer Lake State Park which gives you about a mile of deserted beachfront which is nice for hiking and watching nature. If you like to bike a 16 mile bike trail runs along Hwy 30-A, where numerous great restaurants are located. Seaside is just five miles west and Rosemary Beach is just ten miles east. The best part is you can relax on your vacation and avoid the traffic of nearby Destin or Panama City, but we're only 30 minutes away if you want to do some power shopping or fishing!

Our family stayed for Spring Break and we couldn't have asked for nicer accommodations or location. Sea Grove is very family oriented and quieter than the more densely built and commercialized Seaside close by. The kids could ride their rented bikes to all the shops and cute concession restaurants via the bike path. We loved the private beach and could always get a front row view of the ocean. The photos are very accurate, and it really is a lovely, peaceful feeling abode. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we were able to cook and prepare all the meals we wanted. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. We loved sitting on the balcony when we were not on the beach, where we could overlook the pool and see the dunes and the ocean view. We would definitely return to this unit again.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I'm a travel agent, and I'm very picky about where I stay. I took my family here for Spring Break, and we had a wonderful time. This is one of the most quiet places on 30A. About the owner: Cliff and I have been visiting Seagrove as long as we can remember. Raising our four children with the much anticipated yearly 'beach trips”. We are both native Nashvillians currently living in Fairvue Plantation on Old Hickory lake, planning to one day retire and live happily ever after on the beach (economy permitting). We hope you and your family will make some beautiful beach memories as well.

Our firt look at the building site was of the pristine beach an a beautiful sunset. From there it's been wonderful to visit the beach yearly and enjoy Deer Lake State Park. The Dune of Seagrove have all the aminities and a great view of the beach.What more could you ask for?

The Dunes of Seagrove offers some great surf fishing with its isolated beaches. Thirty miles from either Destin our Panama City for all the new restaurants and shopping, but not to close to enjoy the serenity of Seagrove. Bike paths, beach club, great local seafood restaurants, deep sea fishing not 5 miles away (service somewhat unknown to most visitors).
