Point of View, located on the South side of 30-A, is a three-story Seagrove Beach home located in a private five-home subdivision. This tastefully decorated home is the perfect arrangement for two families. Beautiful views of the Gulf await you from the wide balcony on the main level and the third floor balcony. There is also a screened-in wraparound porch on the ground level next to the private pool. The pool can be heated in cooler months.
From the backyard you walk right on to the boardwalk that takes you to the beach. There are no streets to cross. Internet access is also available if you bring a laptop - (not wireless). The Emerald Coast is famously known for its white, sand beaches and emerald green water. Stay at Point of View, and bask in the Sun on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Point of View is usually rented Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer. Shorter stays will be considered closer to those seasons. Most dogs that are well-behaved will be allowed.
