Point of View, located on the South side of 30-A, is a three-story Seagrove Beach home located in a private five-home subdivision. This tastefully decorated home is the perfect arrangement for two families. There is a small gulf view between homes from the second floor wraparound balcony. There is also a wraparound porch on the ground level next to the private pool. The pool can be heated in cooler months.
From behind the pool in the back yard you only walk about 10 steps right on to the boardwalk that takes you to the beach. There are no streets to cross. Wireless High Speed Internet access is available. Point of View is usually rented Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer. Shorter stays will be considered closer to arrival dates. Well-behaved dogs will be considered for an extra fee.
The Emerald Coast is famously known for its white, sand beaches and emerald green water. Stay at Point of View, and bask in the Sun on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

We came to Point of View to celebrate Thanksgiving. Our stay has been very enjoyable - waking up, taking the kids to the beach, and returning to a heated pool! What a beautiful home - very relaxing and convenient to the beach. The views are beautiful to wake up to and go to bed to every night! We will definately be returning. P.S. Angelina's = very good food!
